There is no membership feature built into the theme.

This is a server side issue. It seems that your server is not allowed to fetch the remote XML file. Please contact your hosting service company.

What are the custom post types that come with the theme? Is anyone on your team available to add custom post types in exchange for a fair commission?
I could create additional custom post types myself via functions.php, however, I’d feel more comfortable asking the developer of the actual theme.

Does this theme support bbpress forums? Example: Install Theme, BBPress gains general theme style. It’s not like this with all themes, so im just wondering. 
What is the name of the font used for ‘Phase’ logo? It looks custom. Very nice on the eyes!

There is no custom style for BBPress in Phase.
The font used for the logo is Boneless.
All assets used in the theme are referenced in a text file in the theme package.

Hey, I have updated the theme with brands logos in the Customizer section and I have deleted the SVG file that was in the demo import, however the themes original Phase logo won’t go away when people view the website even though when I got into Customizer the logos I have uploaded show in the upload section. Please help.

This sounds like a cache issue (server cache or cache plugin). Please be sure to flush your cache after making any change, or simply disable it while you’re working on our website.

Please note that the purpose of the demo is to show all available features so some page include a lot of content.
It’s up to you to create lighter pages if you want your website to be as fast as possible.

Hi I use Loud and Sonic for 2 websites already, Especially with Loud the first load time is a bit slow. Other website on the same server load a lot quicker (other theme). Is Phase quicker than Loud, considering this for a new project.

Thanks for letting me know. Loud and Phase share the same framework and code structure so there shouldn’t have too much difference between the two regrading the loading speed.. The loading time can differ depending on the page content.

This theme needs work, so far not a happy camper:
- Demo import simply does not work, and has nothing to do with server settings.
- Way too many problems with Slider Revolution. Slider Revolution doesn’t work; i have to make sliders on other sites export them, and then import them to this theme. Not good.
- Some of the import data is incomplete, for example 3 of the sliders don’t have slides in them.
- False advertising; the previews shown on Envato use custom CSS and other code that is not provided when importing the Demo from the developer. So your site will in no way look like what is shown on Envato.
- Documentation needs work. Doesn’t address many issues, but gives basic setup instructions.
- Support takes a while to respond, no support on Weekends. Still waiting on support.
UPDATE: Working through unexpected events after demo import is not cumbersome. Making expected changes to fix anything seems to work just fine. So far, the only issues are missing CSS code (for example to handle div overlaps) and slider revolution. Im sure i’ll upgrade my review after speaking with support.

Importing the demo content may be a bit tricky sometimes as every server configuration is different. We use a bundled 3rd party plugin for that and there are a lot of variables that come into play, over which we have no control like server settings. Glad to see that you find your way around to get the demo content correctly.
About the Slider Revolution import, indeed, they have to be imported separately via the Slider Revolution panel. https://docs.wolfthemes.com/documentation/theme/phase/#importslidersSlider Revolution CSS should be imported with every slider, though.
What do you mean by the handle div overlaps? Are you referring to the “painted border” effect? https://docs.wolfthemes.com/documentation/theme/phase/#tipsI think Laur has replied to your ticket and will continue to help you there if you need it.
Anyway, I just hope you will have a good experience with the theme. A lot of work has been put into it.

Final Review: 5 stars!! At the start, I must admit getting the demo to display as shown on the previews was a bit tricky, but in the end, the issues were related to just a couple of things.
Slider Revolution: I would suggest to perhaps provide a caveat regarding making adjustments to the ini.php files for upload parameters. We know that most users of the themes are not developers or web admins and this may help get over the hiccups when importing the sliders.
CSS Styling: Still have not checked out the help from your team member, but I’m certain a fix has been provided. :o)
Overall, this theme has exceeded my expectations! This theme is perfect for a well versed WordPress developer - loads what’s needed, doesn’t load what’s not - clean page builders that are logically designed - includes WP Bakery (formerly Visual Composer) elements that most other themes do not include - Doesn’t require a lot of CSS to customize elements like headings, backgrounds, padding etc
I would recommend any novice user read the documentation before diving in.

Why is the one-page not included in the demo? If the theme has this feature, will it not be nice if you include a ready made one-page in the demo? This is necessary for preview before purchase or as guide when one is customising to suite one’s purpose.

Simply omit the section name if you don’t want it to be displayed in the menu.
To re-order the menu, re-order your sections by drag and drop. As a one-page website, the menu items have to be in the same order as the sections. That’s how it works
