i keep getting a message that says licence already registered. I built main website on a test server and transfered it. I deactivated the licence in the first test server install and I keep having this issue… please help.

We have had this theme for years and have enjoyed it. One thing that we can’t figure out is for the padding settings on our pages to be responsive on mobile. I have 100px left and 100px right padding set on text fields which looks great on web, but on mobile it smushes everything into a 1 character wide stack of the paragraph of text. How can we set different padding settings for mobile vs. web?
