Still not able to update plugins or access support – please get this resolved.
Very sorry for the inconvenience, I’ve been on my host provider to get this issue resolved for days. Seems they’ve gotten it back online now finally, so the Theme’s Support Forum should be accessible and demo content.

Haven’t been able to use this theme since the plug-ins can’t be installed, been a few days, when will this be resolved?
Can’t Use this since your website/server is offline. Please fix this ASAP. It will not allow any of the themes core plugins to be installed due to your server not being online.
Hello, I can not download a few plugins from your server. Is it going to solve
still nothing works, if i had to purchase this for a customer i’d have a big problem. Owner won’t reply to private message aswell and leaves us in the dark, hope this gets resolved soon, very soon.
When you look at his ratings and his quick responses in the past it appears to me that this is something that is truly in his service providers hands and not his.
I’m in the same boat as the rest of you needing to install required plugins. He did nicely ask on another post that we communicate through This Link instead of posting here.

i was checking your MouseOver Video Play
I have 3 questions:
Some of the videos are linked to a self stored hmtl video And i see some are linked to youtube videos.
1- ¿Can i upload a self stored video on html only to reproduce the mouseover video play, and then when the user clicks on it open another page with the vimeo video? this is because i need to show long musical videos, and for this i will have to use Vimeo.
2- I see there are two icons on every photo in the gallery, one is a link icon and the other is a magnifying glass icon, it could be possible to open and reproduce a vimeo video, when the user clicks on the magnifying glass icon?
3- In mobile the mouseover play will work? if not, there is a workaround for this?
It does support Vimeo as hovers, but to have both as described would require customization.
Ok, one question buddy, if i store those videos on html, of about 3 minutes long, it will decrease the performance of the 907 theme? i mean the mouse over play and the load of the page itself
On “html” I’m assuming you’re referring to HTML5 video(i.e mp4)? It would depend on your saved file size, the videos start loading/buffering after the page loads.

I want to ask if there is any possibility to set video background for the row but only for pc versions and image backgroud for mobile? I don’t want to force my users to waste their transfer.
Thanks for letting me know about that forum link, it’s been fixed now. There is also a “Register” link in the top right corner if you have issues with that again.
As for your question, video isn’t loaded on mobile devices so you’d just set the “cover image” when adding the video background and that will be shown on mobile instead of the video.

907 is down?!? Demos are not available and plugins update the same? I have erased my website installation and trying to reinstall but… huh… i’m stuck please help!!!

Download failed. cURL error 7: Failed to connect to assets.webcreations907.com port 80: Connection refused
How can i fix this?

If I may say, this caused me and my site a great inconvenience. I went to update the theme and ended up bringing the site down due to the inability to update the necessary plug-ins. Fortunately I kept it back up and then we store it was successful. Maybe next time you can communicate to your loyal customers what’s going on.

Can you confirm so I don’t bring down my site while attempting another update?
Sorry for the inconvenience with that, It was out of my control as my host provider was having issues, been up since and doesn’t seem to be any issues at this time.
You could always check the Theme’s Support Forum or Demo Link and make sure the site is up before hand.

Hello. Can we please get an ETA on when your website and the plugin downloads will be available? Being unable to download the Visual Composer plugin has disabled my website and it is urgent that this is sorted ASAP. If there is going to be a delay can you please supply an alternative way to download the required plugins?
