The featured column has an extra layer of color that makes it a bit lighter than the others. So, you can either remove its featured setting via Appearance / Customize / Styling Options / Footer or use the custom CSS code below within Appearance / Customize / Additional CSS to change with a custom color.

1) Yes, you can add multiple phone numbers as well as text widgets, buttons, etc. to the header and top bar sections.

2) You can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/header-footer-elementor/ and Elementor together to add an extra header or footer to the theme. Or disable the default one and use it as sole header/footer.

3) The theme has a multi-column menu but you can also use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/megamenu/ with Elementor or Visual Composer.

4) You can disable it via theme options then install a custom “back to top” plugin available for free on https://wordpress.org/plugins

Also, there is another way to import Revolution Slider samples. You can find the import files of the sample slider inside “All files and documentation” package under /Demo Contents/RevSlider/ folder. It won’t work that way. The sub-menu items, whether a sub-title or not , will be divided according to the column size. If you need more custom mega menus you can try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/megamenu/

From my host: Does your code use WP_CONTENT_DIR rather than the ABSPATH function?
