here is the setting on jnews newspaper :

1. Body Font : Work sans (normal 400 & semi bold 600)

2. Post Title : Libre Baskerville (normal 400, normal 400 italic, bold 700)

3. Paragraph font : Droid serif (normal 400, bold 700, normal 400 italic, bold 700 italic)

Actually, the comment should show no matter user logged in or not. You could see at our demo. Perhaps, it is because third party plugin you are using? Please try disabling other 3rd party plugins but keep the required plugins remains activate to be sure.

it has nothing to do with third party plugins but something with your theme. When I turned off “you must logged in to place a comment” in the admin of wordpress, comments are show up when I am logged out, when I turned the option on, comments are not showing. Besides that I don’t have third party plugins at all. I have more themes, and never had that issue with them

Well, I thought your site doesn’t show the comment section at all, because you said term “show” or “hide”. To enable non-user be able to post a comment, please ensure the option “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” is unchecked in the Settings > Discussion. That is a WordPress core option, not from theme.
