First this is the setting for the payment system.
Second this is the add question page when it ready to pay and you can also add the coupon.
Third it go to PayPal when you click on “Pay Now”
Fourth it go to PayPal and when pay it returen back to you site.
Fifth now you can ask your question.

No, it’s show the questions with recent questions, no answers, most voted, most visited, But i plan to make a feed tab to show the questions by followed categories and followed users.

Do you need the registration by email?
No, the users should be able to post their questions by sending an email to a specific address, from their registered email address in the site. For example.. user1 – testuser@gmail.com should be able to send an email to post@tamilkb.com with their question. This should come to the admin for further moderation. Is this possible to be included as a feature please?
And when send it to the email, the admin will add the question manually?
If you can bring the feature of approving the questions via email, the admin can approve it via email itself easy..

Sorry if I am not clear. Take this example please. If a user has to ask a question, they need to open the site, login with their user account and then post it. WordPress allows users to publish the blog posts through email. Likewise, if we allow the registered users in the site to ask questions via email, it will be good.
Combine this with the feature of approving / moderating the questions, answers and comments via email for admins. The admin will receive a note when users have sent an email (with questions) where he can moderate.
