Anyone figure out slider import issue? On importing zip provided, first it complains that slider_export.txt doesn’t exist (which it does). Then, on importing slider_export.txt directly, it complains that “Error: Incompatible Archive” which is likely what’s causing the first problem. Searched pubisher’s site and nothing under support (tried to validate my account with Envato to submit ticket, but site threw an error… so I’m back here hoping for quick resolution.

On the artist tab, how do i make the artists photos bigger?
Hi, I just purchased Dezibel from themeforest. When I installed it to my WP, it just failed.
This is the message I got.
“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.”

I found a subfolder inside the theme called “Sample Data”, I thought this meant import the demo site to mine, so I followed the instruction found from dezibel-demo-data.xml, and import this xml file to my site.
But after loading for a while, the result is most of the files were failed to upload.
I would like to know if it’s a proper way to upload the sample site? Thanks!

Hello, the theme looks great on de demo page, but I was proving the demo on my iPhone and iPad and it doesn’t load on any of those mobile devices, I really want to buy it but I want to be sure it works on iPhones and iPads. Could you comment on this please.

You don’t need to config it. It’ll use admin email form WP Settings and will send you an email every time someone uses form. If you need something more advanced please check Contact Form 7 or MailChimp.
