This is a nice looking theme but has several issues:

1) The documentation is poor.

2) The document talks about a plugin which is not included and the theme is not designed to work with it which means this part of the document is just copied from the documentation of another theme.

3) There are many errors after importing widgets. Support says those widgets are not supported, so the question is why they are included in the demo content? Well, the demo content are also copied from another theme!

4) If you follow the document you cannot find the home page, because the page name is wrong. Again, this means it is a copy/paste from another theme.

5) The primary language of the support team is not English which makes the communication a little bit difficult.

(Priority: Urgent) Hello, Site landing page is messed up due to a plugin. Could you please rearrange landing page to look just like demo version or please re install template to look like Demo ?

Current Pages need to remain intact.

Hi am not being able to integrate whmcs in wordpress also i see the old style of whmcs instead of truehost

Had purchased Truehost Theme about 2 Years ago & had it installed in Wordpress. few days a go, I installed & uninstalled a plugin & site was obscured & messed up. I managed to get header slider going again. The entire site body & site pages were also messed up & all Library & Demo content seem to have disappeared. I installed a backed up theme but site is still messed up. I replaced WP-Content with a backed up one but site is still messed up.

Could any one help ?

Does anyone know where to find Truehost demo content ?

The visual composer for some reason stopped working in the template. Because of that I bought the full version, but it still not works.

Purchased this theme and its awesome.. However Visual composer says it needs to activate a license. The theme overview says its included but I dn’t see a license to activate.. Please advise how to activate..

This theme does support WHMCS 7.0 as I tested it myself but I decided to use this theme again cause it’s pretty awesome. However, how do I activate my slider?

Hi there, recently i updated WP to 4.6.1. But now i cant edit my content, which is not showing up in BE. I guess, there is a problem with Visual Composer. Can somebody confirm that? What can i do? Will there be an update soon?

I purchase the Truehost theme and noticed a couple of things. The map function says this:

Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.

Also, when I switch the blog to the full size, it still doesn’t go full size.

Please advise. Would like to fix these two things as soon as possible.

I asked for this on your support forum before my support expired but your forum crashed and now I can’t find the ticket.

On the top menu I need an item to be highlighted permanently – so always in mouseover colour state. Please could you provide CSS snippet for this? Ticket system won’t let me submit as my support has expired but i did ask this before but my ticket got lost in the crash.

The current version of the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin that installed on my pc is 4.6. This version don’t work with the new version of WordPress. How can I fix the problem?
