How do I install the child-theme. The guide on the documentation did not work.

Just bought the theme.. how do I install the child-theme incase for update
I can’t download the Demo contents. The link provided to download the XML file is not working.. This is really bad for the first day using your theme. Please provide link to the XML file. Thank You

Here’s what you need to do:
Login to WordPress admin
Go into admin panel > Apperance > Import Demo Data
Choose the demo site that you wish to import and click on the “Import Demo” button.
