Hey is there away to make the video bigger besides pinch and zoom on mobile. Like when click on the video via mobile for it to be full mode. Right now video image is small and person has to pinch it to make it bigger. There is no expand icon. Please advise. When I hit expand the video disappears on mobile.

All content and settings are saved in WordPress database so you won’t loose anything when you update the theme, but it is always good practice to create full website backup just in case.

1. All our themes use custom options framework so you can change colors on several levels like global colors, or colors for fonts, or elements independently.
2. Yes, you can add button shortcode or social icons to header widget area. Regarding button with a link since URL will be escaped, you can add link instead with tel:xxx-xxx and smartphones will initiate dialer. Regarding link styling, it can be styled as a button, and our support can help you with that part if you decide to use the theme.

I have a problem:
I do not like the way that the SHOP base page displays it’s products. The category product page displays items in a 2-column format, it doesn’t even pull from the 4 column layout that your very own template comes with.
So i need either of the following depending on which makes more sense:
1. how to format the template so that the category product page looks more like a 4 column shop page or… 2. can I make it so that when you click on the category link in SHOP base page, it will take customer to my own custom product page that I have already set up…?

Hello. There are a few issues now after WooCommerce latest update. Most importantly to me, the product thumbnails are no longer displaying as squares…they are displaying as their original size (landscape or portrait). And using Regenerate Thumbnails doesn’t fix the issue.
Please add this to your next Theme update and soon. WooCommerce update has settings that allow me to make the desired changes under the newly located DISPLAY setting but your theme seems to not let theme take affect.

The Events Plugin that was required with the Vibez theme is in conflict with other required plugins (timetable responsive schedule) causing a 500 server error when activated. Is there another event plugin that is recommended or a solution?

Both plugins are working fine on our side. 500 error is probably hiding some fatal error and you should be able to see it if you enable WP_DEBUG https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG . Commonly this is due to low PHP version and WordPress now suggests PHP 7 and above.
If issue persists, please contact our support by submitting a ticket at https://elated.ticksy.com and send them that error message so they can see what is this about.

I would like to remove or at least edit the widget in the header. I can see how to edit it through the individual pages which overwrite the global options. I DO NOT see how to edit it in the global options. I only want to have the search option. thanks!

For different header types, you can have different set of header widgets available from Appearance > menus, and you can set widgets inside these widget areas from there. In case that you want to set custom widgets for some pages, then you need to create custom widget area from Appearance > Widgets, add preferred widgets to it and choose that widget area from per page options (when you edit each page) https://www.screencast.com/t/4U39jdZzjW

More than 32 hours passed, wrote twice to the support team to respond urgently and resolve a bug so that I may continue with the development process but getting no response from the theme developers at all whereas I see them responding to all other public tickets on the forum in the very same time. I thought to try out my luck here if the efficient support team looks at this message and decides to respond back to my ticket too lying unnoticed somewhere.
