Pre-sales question: Is there the option to have a “sticky” menu?

Hi, I have purchased this theme and I assumed I would get Visual Composer along with the theme but when I am trying to use it, I keep being asked to activate and then buy a license. This also doesn’t let me activate my Revolution Slider. It keeps giving me a fatal error. Should I reinstall the theme or is there another way to solve this?

Hi, I’ve only just got around to sorting out this site and I’ve tried to upload the theme but it just keeps asking me ‘do you really want to do this? TRY AGAIN’ I’ve made sure that there is enough space, upload options etc and I just cannot understand what the issue is. Can you give me any insight?

Just a heads up, this theme’s style.css has a line of code that is both unnecessary and can be considered theme breaking. background:#fdc236 is not slanting like the rest of the menu bar and is already colored from other css.

Hello there, I just bought this theme. I am trying to install it and I get this error message: Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme install failed.

Great theme, thanks for that. I have a few questions though.

1) How can I translate the theme? I have multiple strings I want to translate. Normally I use Loco Translate (plugin) to translate a theme, but this theme only shows 6 strings that are not the ones that should be translated.

2) How can I fix the map on the contact page? I’ve inserted longitude and latitude in the options, however it doesn’t show.

3) Somehow the homepage just keeps loading for some reason. All other pages load within a second. Can you tell what’s wrong?

I have a license for this product, I have a problem with the product, when I go to the help page to submit a ticket, I’m being told my license code is invalid?!...
