Hello,
Can you tell me what the latest version of this theme please? The changelog states v1.2.2==08/02/2022, but on the theme page it shows it was last updated 02/02/23.

Sorry for the confusion. Just checking but there was no update for this theme. We were updating the slider to all our themes but just realized that there is no third party slider in this one.
However, just to confirm that the current version is still working fine with new WP version and up to PHP8.0

Did you updating the plugin to latest version ? Have you also tried contacting the plugin author and see if this is a known issues ?

We recently repurchased this theme but it just ran out and we have another issue with it. I have updated WP to 5.2.3 and am using the most recent version of the theme. Everything is fine except that when I go to change the page header, the window for upload is buried behind the page and I can only see a small part of the upload window. This is weird because it is fine in the Overall Elements under Theme settings but does not work in the page or post. I have gone through the media and there is no issue with any blank or corrupt files, I can add images to sliders and pages. Can you tell me if this is a glitch that others are finding, is it a browser issue or an issue specific to my settings? I am not keen to pay for another 6 mos if this is the only small issue I have with the theme that has otherwise performed very well with little issue.

Hi, we followed the steps that the article recommends and we ran into a problem with the new version of the theme on Wordpress 5.0.2. Whilst using the page builder, the ‘Page Header Background’ section, in particular the ‘upload’ button seemed to have issues. Once clicked, the option to upload would appear to the left of the screen, but so far so that you couldn’t perform the task and read what it said. This makes the page builder unusable. Is this something you have identified, because we cannot update our site until this issue is fixed. We have recreated this issue on two separate test sites with no plugins installed. Thanks

I’ve been using this theme for a few years without problem, but a week or two ago the edit screens broke for no reason that I can tell. The visual tab is inert, and the text tab only seems to work for some users. I installed a freshly downloaded copy of the theme and it still has the same problem. Wordpress is 4.9.8. I reinstalled it, too. I disabled all plugins as well, still doesn’t work.
Other themes work as expected, just not this one. I’d really like to find an answer to this as the theme has been good up until now and both my client and I have been happy with it.

Nothing I tried worked, so I made an admin account for the Goodlayers author. He logged in and fixed the problem entirely by removing a broken image from the image library that my client must have uploaded when all of this stuff started. I don’t know how an image in the library broke all the editing screens, but whatever. I am very glad the author took the time to help me with this. I doubt I would have ever figured this out and probably would have ditched the theme. I’m happy to see I don’t have to do this. This level of technical support is as good as it gets.

ok… you’ll have to edit your hosts file to access the website. i haven’t pointed the dns there yet, because it’s broken. there’s currently no way to access wp admin because functions.php is causing an error.

We recently updated the Green Earth theme from v1.03 to v1.09 and it broke all pages with a 2 column layout. Is this something we can fix? Thanks!

Yes those screenshots are showing exactly what we are seeing. The problem is that in the first one you can see how the listing of content is not utilizing line breaks and paragraphs at all, whereas the second link is utilizing this correctly – this is how they want it to look. The first link is a site that has updated their theme whereas the second link has not updated the theme so we fear this is a theme update issue. They use the same theme but they are two different sites. When we update the second site to the latest theme version it does the same thing to the formatting – losing all line breaks and paragraphs to make one rolling paragraph. Can you please investigate your theme’s latest update so that this client’s formatting gets fixed and we can update the second site? -steffi
