As you know that two user roles are defined in the theme… customer and provider.. Customer can post job and provider can apply for the job. To add third role it will require customization and it will affect other areas also.

This error occurs because you have not updated plugins and only updated theme… please update plugins also, you can follow steps regarding theme update given here: http://aonetheme.com/demo/documentation/theme_update_process.html
Hi In Languages there is a very limited list of languages. For example there is no Portuguese and others. How to add other non listed language. Thank you

I still havent received a reply (since May) in regards to the images not resizing in mobile versión, so its not entirely responsive.
My cuestión in regards to the update is, how can I update without throwing out all the changes we have made (and you helped in some)?
Also, can I add my own advertising spaces on the theme without breaking it? I would only make image or banner spaces and link to the advertising company. If so, what part of the code should I insert these spaces or shoud I just use something like Elementor?

I shown your site to our designer team and they found that your image was not appropriate in size so they adjusted your banner image and uploaded again…. so it should be looking good in responsive mode.
If you have done any custom changes in the code inside the theme and plugins files then those will be overwritten but theme settings and website content will not be lost after update.
To add advertising space it will require customization in the code.
Thank you for the reply but after a two month wait I expected a real answer. Your developer couldnt have gone into my site since you dont have access anymore. Also, it’s not about the size of the image since your demo site does the same on mobile and again, dont lie saying it’s something it’s not.
Second, the modifications I need to save, some were done by your team and you still havent informed what files or what part of the code in said files was modified as requested, precisely so as no to lose them or to be able to replicate them whenever an update was available.
So please reconsider looking into the responsive aspect of the theme since it would be false advertising otherwise and please contact me with the solution, second send me the lines of code that your team modified so I can update.
I am a paying customer and your just let 2 months of payed suport go to waste because of your lack of customer service. Ive been patient and respectful but all that goes out the window when I’m lied to and more so in public.

We recently purchased this theme and trying to configure at our side Need your support on below configuration 1) need to remove Business Hours section from Provider profile 2) in OUR ADDRESS section, we need to place our all branches address rather showing in Map section 3) Our services section needs to place right after the provider overview and no need to showcase the costing part. 4) Our services section by default should be in expand mode rather in collapse. We are seeing a strange bug with the Service Finder WordPress theme. We tested the booking function and everything seems to work, but when I log into the test company I created and I look under “bookings” the one booking creates multiple duplicate bookings (anywhere between 50-100).

1. Wp-Jobs is asking for a License Key witch I don’t have. Also I couldn’t fins many some other options like Jobs Alert etc.. I’m not sur if this plugin is fully functional. 2. How to have the same sticky sidebar like in your demo http://aonetheme.com/extend/author/jacob_wilson/ and if its possible to customize it content. 3.How to disable Business Claim. 4. How to have transparent buttons with border (in your main menur) like in your main home demo, the featured carousel the section of counts of providers clients ec.. Basically how to have the exact look as you new look demo here http://aonetheme.com/extend/ I already imported the dummy content but not the same. 5. You don’t need to add licence key for job alert plugin as this plugin is included with the theme. 2. You can enable sticky header option in theme options -> general settings -> navigation settings. 3. It’s by default disabled… only admin can see this option to enable claim business in provider my account, if he access provider my account as admin from service finder -> providers table: manage profile button in action column. 4. You need to select header style “header transparent with no top bar” option in theme options -> general settings -> header settings : header style field. You need to start adding providers and make them featured then they will appear as carousel on the home page.

You need to turn off “Google auto suggestion for provider sign up” from theme options -> provider settings -> signup restrictions and then you will reload the dashboard and you will see cities section in service finder -> cities. So you can add your own cities and those will be loaded in drop down list in sign up form.

Hi, Instead of charging a provider a one-time or monthly fee, I would like to make a commission out of their sales (per work contracted on the website). Do you provide this option?
You can enable provider membership package as free by setting up price 0. And you can enable commission system from theme options -> accounts -> commission system, so admin can charge booking commission from booking amount.

I previously sent an email regarding sitemap issues but received no response, I was advised to send another email as followup but still I got no response.. I know your team was busy with the last update.
However the same issue remains and I have come to realise that the sitemap plugins don’t see the updates to the provider pages/profiles- for example If the provider changes their name then the sitemap will not see a change to the profile and not output the new profile URL. So it is very important that the sitemap generated by service finder is structured correctly so that google will index it with no errors.

When an employer goes to /my-account, there is a message saying “provider not found”. I have a my account page created with the shortcode [service_finder_my_account] . The page is still not working correctly.

Yes you can remove unwanted sections e.g. jobs, quotations, branches, team members etc. Yes, you can remove map. Yes you can remove pages from menu. You can use page builder like visual composer.
In order to modify search you will require customization in the code with the help of developer.

Im having some big problem with the roles on my site https://ny6.jpsolutions.se. The problem is that the service customer/employer get diffrent roles depending on how the user is created. When registrating with the form from the “Bli kund” link in the menu, the customer is created the the role “Customer” that is correct. However when using the auto-create account here https://ny6.jpsolutions.se/offertforfragan/ the user is set as “Employer”. As Employer they dont get any rights what so ever, so i guess there is some bug here?

We checked your site and see in browser console, its showing google map “referrernotallowed” map error, it means the referral url you entered for browser key is in wrong format…. according to your domain the referral url must be in this format: servicefinders.com.au/
Regarding licence key for job alert plugin: You don’t need to add any key as its included with the theme and extended version is included.
