Hello, I submitted a ticket and haven’t got a response. Im trying to create a link on my site where the user can download a file. I created an “action” box then added the PDF url to the button url. Is this the correct method?
Hello, unfortunately we can not find your ticket in our unread tickets list. But anyway, yes you use correct type of downloading PDF file, you can also simply add button with link to PDF. Make sure that your server settings do not block any downloading of files from browser links, make sure that uploaded PDF link is working good, when you copy/paste PDF link to browser url line.

I have been looking to set up the header style “header 7” for all pages. I can’t find a way to do so with the customizer. Could you please help? And how do I install a child theme? Or is it ok if I don’t use one? Does an update (WordPress and theme updates) affect the custom css an all other settings in the customizer? Thanks for your help.

1. You can set header version to each page separately, to set header for any other page you need to goto appearance > customize > general > header version
2. No need for child theme, no settings will be lost
Hi…sorry but there is no such option called header version when I use the customizer ;( I can only go to Design -> Customizer ->Header -> General: and there I can only change the background and padding ;(

I need to ask, how a costumer see if a product in the shop is out of stock. Maybe could you please guide me to add a button like “Sale” on the feature image, like a little flag “Out of stock”?

“Out of stock” inventory is visible in single product page for this theme, when you goto single product you see “out of stock” text under product description, and “add to cart” is not available to out of stock products.

Hello, we use latest version of plugins in our theme. When new version of plugins is available, we test theme and update theme with VC plugin too. Now all is working great on latest WP version.

1. To make map full width you need to place it to full width row. Goto row settings and set it to full, then map will spread to row too.
2. If you want to change Tag of project to show it in related project, you need to edit each project by itself, related projects work with Tags, projects with the same tags are shown in related projects.
3. Background of featured page title an be changed via appearance > customize > featured title
4. You can not change elements structure, this will need changing of theme files, you can just change styling for each element, but changing structure is not possible.

To change text of that part you need to edit theme translation .pot file via ftp > wp-content > themes > thecraft > languages > thecraft.pot
You need to edit it with PoEdit program.

Well, we tested it and it is working, you need to know how to translate themes and how to edit themes files:
1. You need to goto ftp > wp-content > themes > thecraft > languages > thecraft.pot
2. That is only language translate you need to create English translation file from that and name it “en_US” > result should be > “en_US.po” and “en_US.mo” files
Make all needed traslations for po file, mo file will be generated automatically when save.
3. Goto your root folder via ftp > and add this string to wp-config.php file:
define ('WPLANG', 'en_US');
