hello, the command in the provider field is not working. I can not choose the dates. Set Unavailability. I’m waiting for your help. thank you

one more question on the booking plugin. How can I change the booking services that say “per hour” to “per minutes ”? Number of Hours to minutes? I want to charge per minutes . can we change hours to minutes and calculate the total amount based on the minutes.. I see you system working perfectly based on hours now. example .20 cents per minutes ==> 10min X .20cents

You need to enter numbers in this way…for example if 30 minutes then .30 if 50 minutes then .50, so put decimal before numbers.

Price will be added hourly while defining service, but during booking it will be automatically calculated according to service duration, if in minutes then it will calculate according to minutes.

I turned on Account Moderation from theme options -> accounts -> account moderation. So provider accounts will not require admin approval.

My question is, how do I add text to the page that unapproved accounts are sent to? I would like to provide a form on that page along with contact details on how to get the account approved.

By turning on account moderation will ask for admin approval… by turning off account moderation will not ask for admin approval.

If you want something like what you have mentioned will require customization in the code.

where can I find the file (directory/subdirectory) to change the text of “user not approved”

Hello, i have a issue with 3 features about service finder

1) Customer Bookings, dont show any bookings haved about upcomings or past

2) Customer invoce i got the same issue

3) when provider do it a invoice related to a task, does not load the services selected when started the booking by the customer.

i need a answer about this please.

We have been using the site for a while, but recently, we are not able to sign up as a provider. Yuu can fill out the form but the submission button does not work at all.

No, we don’t recommend to make child theme..If you want to make CSS related changes then you can use child theme but not for code related changes, because most of the functionality is driven through plugins.

1. Yes provider can offer promotions on certain services for limited time of period…they can define timeline also while generation coupon code for the offer.

2. Provider my account contains several sections, booking records and customer records sections are among them.

3. I didn’t get this point, please make it more clear.

4. Yes, admin can turn on or turn off commission system.

5. No such option available… it can be done by customization in the code.

6. There are custom payment option PayPal and Stripe available… apart from the woocommerce payment option is available… so you can use any your desire payment gateway which works in Switzerland and supported by woocommerce .

Customer will receive email notification once provider marks booking status to “completed” so customer can give feedback to that booking… no photo upload option available for evaluation.

Yes, customer and providers roles are fixed and defined.. customer can not be provider and provider can not be customer.

Yes, theme is translation ready so you can translate theme in any language.

Google Map api works universal so its rules applies to all countries. They provide free limited quote of views per day…. if no. of views per day exceeds to limited quota then they will charge….its their policy.

My site is always at the same point. It’s been 3 weeks!

With respect to customers it does not really matter.

major problems with the maps … bear in mind all api keys created

1. new profiles I always get a message lat and long not set before I even do anything

2. in search by city or country the map on top does not focus on where the pins are but it shows a blue screen and I am only able to see the pins if a zoom out a lot and zoom in again in the area of interest

3. i set my default location for the maps … not working

4. most important … user profile trying to set address geolocation not working … everywhere else in the site its ok

5. changed the map pin marker and nothing happens like I did not do anything

There must be IP address issue which you entered during server key generation. We have to check response coming from Google Map API.

I am looking for a theme to create a psychologists directory. The psychologist listing must have fields like experience, education, certificate courses, specialisations… along with ability to add multiple locations per psychologist and for each location working hours.

Would this theme be suitable for a project of this nature?

Hi,

Most of the features you are looking offer are available in the theme. Experience,education,certificates, for specializations you can use Services section. In the services section provider can define the services he/she offers. So if you think it can be used as specializations then you can use or specializations section can be added by customization. There is also option called “Branches” available to add multiple locations but no option to add working hours for each location… We have one common section to add working hours…

Is there a demo where I can check how are branches displayed on listing page. Also will it be possible to completely disable the working hour option in the theme?

As for specialisations, can they be added as a tag in the listing.

I ask because I need to add session types i.e. Initial consultation and Follow Up session to the listing. Since amount will also be required for session types, I feel services option can be used for this.

This is due to service finder making use of googles mapping APIs which have recently gone up in price quite a lot. - Remove the fact that users / customers can register as a work provider? - That work providers can offer promotions on certain services? If yes, for a limited time or is it promotion activation system? - That suppliers view, on the dashboard, statistics related to their reservations, customer records? - That suppliers MUST add a duration (time, example 1h30) for each service they offer? - That the customers / users can offer an amount, in “a gift card”, so that a user-customer can activate it and book a service at a supplier of his choice? - That customers can ask questions to suppliers? - that the admin. adds the fact that EVERY service performed MUST be evaluated with a comment, notes and post a photo of the benefit? - that the admin. wish to take no commission on the services reserved? - that the admin. can make temporary discounts on subscriptions? - the platform is fully available on smartphone-tablet-computer? - Is the payment of subscriptions for work providers possible via direct transfer from which world bank (Switzerland)? - that the admin. can you add a “premium” badge specific to certain work providers of your choice? If yes, could this badge be displayed on each of the profile photos (mini badge-logo)? - that the admin. can delete the blog? If so, is it possible to add text pages? - that the admin. can you add a F.A.Q page to websites (for customers & suppliers)? - what kind of statistics to access the admin. ?

1. There are two roles defined in the theme…a) customer b) provider customer can not be provider and provider can not be customer. 2. Yes , Provider can create offers for each service. 3. Yes provider can define time duration for each service. 4. Gift card option is not available for now. 5. Yes customer can ask question on provider profile page as FAQ section is available on each provider profile page. 6. After completing booking there is option to give feedback with comment by customer. 7. Theme is fully responsive in mobile and tablet. 8. No such premium badge option available… there is identity verififed badge option available. 9. Admin can create as many pages as he wants from wordpress dashboard via pages section. He can use FAQ plugin for creating faq pages.
