I have purchased this theme this morning from theme forest. After payment was done no link was received. I then check and see that there is a confirmation to be done ….to Confirm your email address to complete your order. We previously sent an email to name@domain.com with a confirmation link. Can’t find the email? Resend,, This has been going on for the last 12 hour. During which i have tried to get support from “support@digital-atelier.com” it bounced back..I spent 3 hours trying to find a way to send an email to any email address..they really don’t want to be found easily, i tell you..nevertheless, i finally send an email to help@market.envato.com and got a response after 3 hours..being told i need to confirm my email to complete my order, and check junk and spam folders..i responded saying this was done..but not heard back from them….I then contacted my email service provider..and heres what i got back : :”It would seem they use Mandrill App to send those emails; that company is listed on multiple public blacklists that most (a small percent doesn’t) paid email providers use. You’ll have a tough time receiving that email unless you use a free service like Gmail or Yahoo. This would be affecting multiple of their customers; Themeforest.net would need to contact MandrillApp to notify them that their services are listed on multiple blacklists so that MandrillApp can research and resolve their issue. After that they will be able to send to most providers again as they would no longer be on the black lists….CAN I GET A LINK TO THE THEME I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR…

You buy the theme from Envato and it must be downloaded from your Themeforest download page, where the license code is also found. We cannot send you the theme directly, has to be downloaded from your account.
We are very easily found here in the comments, no need to file tickets on our support page. That is only reserved for verified buyers who need help with the theme after purchase.
So it appears there is an issue with your transaction between you and Envato, really nothing to do with us and we can’t help you with this except guiding you to file a ticket with Envato and explaining the situation. You can do that here:

You just access any J3 demo like in that link on a mobile device and you will see the main menu slide out from the side.
In Journal module value, how can I sort A to Z or Z to A so that I can easily manage? For example, in “product tabs/blocks” module, I create A1, B1, A2, B2. I needa sort button to rearrange as alphabet A1, A2, B1, B2.

1. That’s not possible via any theme options unfortunately, you’d have to edit the Opencart core files.
2. You can add any modules in the popup, it supports the page builder so you can use Blocks, which are HTML modules.

It’s just i noticed in your Journal 3 popup login, there are some fields taken out? where as when I view this on my server all the fields are there
Can you add HTML to the login/register popup? They don’t seem to be accessible from the pop up menu
Your Opencart installation may have different fields than our demo. In any case you should file a ticket and consult with our developers about this.
Not possible to add anything in the login or register popups unfortunately, only in the Popup module.

Hi, no the future Journal 3 theme is only for OC 2.3 and 3.x. but that’s a different theme. The current and actual Journal 2 theme does support all the versions including 1.5.6.4

Yes, at least OC 2.3.0.2, it’s already available you can play it it now, it’s free, included in the same package.

Problem with demo. I was going through Demo 8, checkout, and when I was filling out Billing Address, I got a message “Security Header is not Valid” . I couldn’t proceed with checkout. I have a Screenshot if you want to see it.

Hi, that doesn’t appear to be available in Opencart and we use the same success page as the standard system.
However, there are links to the account and orders in the success page so they can easily be accessed right after checkout.

Hi, theme updates do not interfere with your own custom styles, variables, skins, modules, etc. Only demo import replaces those with the ones from the demo.
The only way you may still see changes is if we modify the actual code in a page or module, in which case you just have to reset the style, no need to reimport the demo.

If a module or page code is changed it will affect all cases. In that case you have to access that module and reapply the style.
So you can already work with it if you have familiar with the options, even if a module is changed you can easily adapt the style.
Anyway, there are a few more changes coming next week.
Is the release date of the final version known?
Yes, end of month. But again, modifications may happen at any time thereafter, just like with Journal 2, we kept adding new features and fixes all the time.
But 3.0.0 is not like version that will never be updated or changed, it’s just out of testing and will begin a new stage of the project, more focused on design and new demos, however fixes will always be done as they are found.

Yes if you can you can start fresh with new options. BUT “final” does not mean there will not be any more updates or modifications or new features added, it only means the official start of the Journal 3 versioning.
