A mobile version of my website shows a black screen until I scroll down. Unless I make a section with a sticky ON then the black screen is gone, but the sticky section on a mobile version does not work properly. It was not like that in the past. What to do?

My team want to ask, how to make menu to the center?? I mean if we put logo in the left and menu should be beside logo, but for now menu is not in the center, we want the menu to become center..

I have upgraded the theme, still latest WPBakery Page Builder(visual composer) will crash if I use “insert link for a button”, the edit page will go to my xxx.com/wp-admin/edit.php page, I have almost disabled all other plugins, any suggestions? thanks

How do I prevent the flashing of unstyled text? I am using WP Rocket, Autoptimize, Cloudflare, and SG Optimizer. My page speed is 1.1 second, but when it loads the site, it keeps flashing the text in san-serif and then goes to Open Sans Condensed. I have tried disabling the caching and disabling lazy loading of Google Fonts in Flatsome Options and in Autoptimize and WP Rocket. Please help.

Hi there,

We are having issues with our site with Variable Products.

The Variable Product’s variation still shows up though the stock quantity is set to 0.

We have selected Manage Stock option and the quantity is set to 0, but customers can still select the variation and when they select the variation it shows Out of Stock.

Please let us know how can we solve that? We want to get back to the previous settings where when the stock quantity goes to 0 the variation doesn’t show up.

The problem: When search a sku and hit enter key, doesn’t display results unless you click the suggestion dropdown of search box.

Hi there, all of a sudden since the last update, all content- left sidebar etc is now displaying on the left with no spacing. ANy idea what is going on?

All of the portfolio items have featured images with different aspect ratios. What’s the problem here? Can it be something on your side. Does anyone else experience this issue?

I’ve had to work on a site using this theme however there is one particularly annoying thing in it that I wish you guys could fix.

In

you use extensively for example the function

and this makes it impossible to override those files in a child theme. You could use

instead to make the theme more versatile.

Sometimes we need to alter behaviour of some theme functions like maintenance_mode to allow devs to work bugs through it while the site is in maintenance mode.

I think it would be a huge improvement. Other than that it’s a great theme for general purpose use
