Hi, i´m getting this error in woocommerce each 2 or 5 days. I think i shouldn´t pay for extended support when i´m reporting a bug. Actually, yesterday my customer lost about 100 appointments. All of the appointments in orders since August 30th to September 5th were deleted with no actions or updates made in the site. This ocurred before new Woocommerce update, so the site was statics, only selling appointments, no other action:
I see this in woocommerce status (logs tab), actually i don´t thing this is related with this arbitrary deletion, but is what i have. My customer is really angry and he has a reason. Please answer and give us a way to contact directly, we just need to solve this, your theme is great, when we solve this and we know why happened and is not going to happen again, or when i get your response, i have no problem in deleteing this comment.

i just noticed on https://www.exodusescapeadventures.com/ where we used this theme: if you use a widescreen monitor there is a phone number shown in the top right of the header. No matter where I search for in theme settings etc I cannot find a way to remove or edit this phone number – where is that located??

I tried to send a message via Support since I purchased your theme but it asks me to submit a ticket and pick which WordPress theme I bought. Yours isn’t listed.
It looks like there’s an issue with WPBakery. When I go into any page (ie. About, FAQ, Contact), I just see a very basic editor box with vc code in it.. not the usual WPBakery editor. Not sure if you need to send me an updated copy of WPBakery? Thanks!

This has appeared due to new WordPress 5.0 update. They have implemented Gutenberg editor as default one.
WPBakery Builder plugin should be updated to Version – 5.6
Theme is presented in list: http://prntscr.com/meo0s9Please re-check and submit a ticket, so we’ll provide you with plugin update.
Once new plugin is installed and activated, please navigate to WPBakery Page builder> General settings> Disable Gutenberg
After that you’ll be able using Backend editor.
