Hi, I have 2 licences with you, for 2 different websites. One I started January 2018. The other one this month, August 2018. I moved to a new host I moved form a windows based server to Linux

I moved the directory the database etc but I cannot access the dashboard unless I rename / disable the themes folder

Can you please point me to the right direction as I tried all I know and all I have found over the internet with no luck. After all failures to fix the issue my new hosts support team suggested to contact you

We recently noticed a problem with revolution slider. YouTube video is not working in the slider on some browsers including chrome.

If you have a noticed this issue please let us know the updates.

Except for attachments in your case, trying to install the plug-in gives an error. The problem is that the existing wp-contect / plugins and doyle / framework / instal / class-tgm-plugin-activation.php and plugin_required.php conflict. I tested and installed another plugin before activating the plugins of the theme. Then I activated the theme’s plugin_required.php plugins. No problem. Then when you enter the wp-contect / plugins section, the plugin_required.php plugins become inactive and are deleted?
