Hi there – for support you’ll need an active support license. You can renew via the ‘Downloads’ section of your ThemeForest account. Once done, you can submit a private ticket via the Support tab at the top of this page.
It was just very small problem and other themes helped me. Bought before so I have to pay more than theme price. So I can not renew it, sorry.

Slider on my website stops sliding as soon as the mouse cursor goes on it,
I want is that slider should work even after cursor goes on it.
Just edit the slider settings and change the ‘pause on hover’ option. Easy.

When I talked to the software developer, they told that there was a problem with the theme’s software. This was not the problem when I first bought the theme. It’s new.

It’s not. Try disabling any 3rd party plugins to see if you have a conflict.

Hello, The layerslider has stopped loading on Firefox whereas it loads on all other browsers. Do I need to make any changes in the options/settings?

Hi, Thank you for your quick reply. The issue was with the images not loading. I’m not sure what caused it, but I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it and it seems to have fixed the problem.

I need to change the widget title header text tag (3 texts blocks right nav extra in header) h4 to a p tag because that’s not good for my SEO.
I’ve replaced all h4 in functions.php and changed the class in css (.cg-header-details p) but then the tock icon doesn’t appear anymore. Do you know how I can have it back ?

Hi,
When I replace the header image with my own (Hide Page Title), the sidebar image shows on the right of the side bar (side bar goes all the way to the top).
What should I do to make the sidebar start from below the image like it does if the header image is ON?

I bought this theme because it was compatible with WooCommerce and made by a team called CommerceGurus. What could go wrong? So far, the store is very slow. I may have to install the store on a sub domain with another theme if the theme doesn’t get WooCommerce support from CommerceGurus.
Reading up, I see that for SEO purposes, a subdomain would be of no benefit to me. So I really hope that CG gets cracking on making this theme play nice with WC.

There’s nothing in the theme that should be making WooCommerce slow. Can you submit a ticket via the ‘Support’ tab at the top of this page, including your site link, WP login details and information on what hosting company you’re using. Also, if they leverage caching and gzipping on your site.

How can i Change the title of blog page , it is set to default ‘News’ and does not changing with the title name of the blog page, also header image is also not being changed, even if set in featured image
Theme Options > News Settings. You can change it there. That’s also where you add the News archive background image.

Re: header height – no – there is no option for this. We can look at adding a theme control in a future release.
I wouldn’t recommend adding sliders on every page – as it would slow down the site considerably. Inside pages are designed to have a static image background behind the page title.
We are not going to ad the slider on all the pages but on 4 pages which is key to our business can you plzzz suggest how to add slider to a single page
Hi, how do i add icons in header details widget? I have added text but no icon appear. Even if i import demo content there are no icon. I mean there where it says Leading Provider, Number #1 and Certified.

Hi there – there isn’t. Factory is primarily a business theme rather than eCommerce but if there’s demand we’ll look at adding an option for that.
