Hi, I would like to purchase your theme, but I have a question for you prior to buy: my logo is squared and bigger than the one the the theme shows. Is there any way to place it in the top bar without making it becoming too hight? Does the theme comes with alternative menus that can match better witha bigger logo? Thanks Claudia

Currently this is the only way to display the logo. I am thinking about adding more header options in a future update. Do you have anything in mind how you wish to display the logo? Maybe I could provide some CSS code…

Hi, I just uploaded the theme spoon, and many things are missing. After putting the xml for the demo, it seems its missing the slider revolution, and all the media, menu a a few others.
I deleted the theme and re-installed 5x and all the same. Clearing cache and such didn’t help. I’m web developer and have installed 100’s of demo sites. This is the first one that the demo doesn’t install propertly.

Spoon actually doesn’t include a “1-click-demo-install”, a few extra steps are required to make your site look like the demo site. All steps are explained in the documentation under Getting Started > 3. Good evening, this is an excellent theme and I’ve used your products for multiple businesses over the years. Quick question; I want to place links on the primary menu that will scroll down to that specific section on the one page website. Normally, this is as simple as adding a ”#” in front of the name of that section. Is there a way to create a menu link that scrolls the page down to that specific section?

Yeah sure that’s possible. You can find the instructions in the documentation under One Page > How to add a section to the menu. Here is a copy of the instructions:
Go to Appearance > Menus and as the front page sections are made by creating pages, simply select a page ( = section) from the left column and click “Add to Menu”. If you want, you can rename the menu item by clicking on the drop down arrow of the new menu item and changing the navigation label.

Hello, I already submitted an email via the Support tab, but I’m listing my question here in hopes that I may get a quick response. I want to add a text hyperlink in the copyright line in the footer. When I attempted to do so via the Copyright field in the Theme Options by using the Text command, the HTML code showed up as plain text. We just launched a new website for a client on Monday, and I want to activate a hyperlink to our company website where we are listed as a byline in the client’s Copyright section. I’m thinking that you have the Copyright field coded in a way to not accept HTML commands; therefore, please provide me a fix so that I include a text hyperlink in the Copyright line.

Both of this is only possible with some custom CSS code.
For the menu tab background you can for example use something like:
.menu-categories {
background-image: url('http://www.myimage.jpg');
}
As for the menu layout colors, please take a look at the theme’s style.css file, starting with line 2053 you can find the code for the menu layout, for example the grey border can be found in line 2078:
.menu-wrap .featured1 {
border: 6px solid #eee;
}
and the dark box in line 2091:
.menu-wrap .featured2 {
border: 6px solid #2a2c2e;
background-color: #2a2c2e;
color: #ccc;
}
Now simply copy the CSS code into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and change the color values.

How do you change the entire font for the body/page of the pages? I only see a way to change heading fonts.

Yeah sure, you can choose the thumbnail size for each category individually, no matter where you want to display that menu category.

Hi there – two questions please. 1. How do implement a drop down menu? 2. The hover box feature doesn’t work in Safari? Is just flips the image around and wont enable a click through.

Would you please inform me how I can change the size and color of the Page Title and Page Subtitle. Also, I would like the black drop-down menu on mobile to fill the screen width as well as center each menu item. In order to change the size and color of the page title and page subtitle, add the following code into Appearance > Theme Options > General > Custom CSS and change the values to whatever you like:

color: #000000;
}
.page-subtitle {

}
For the drop-down menu, add the following code:
.slicknav_nav {
width: 100%;
}
