If you have not added post excerpt in add/edit post but enabled excerpt in post list then it will auto create excerpt from main content by removing html code and from remaining plain content, so it will not have break/paragraph/styling/etc…

Hi Ben,

1. You can upload background image in row shortcode (in which you have added video block), so that row background image will be visible in mobile.

2. In the row shortcode under Style tab, you can add Min Height in px (like 300px) to have minimum height and that can go above if content is large inside that row. You can also write down custom css code as per your need and add it in theme settings.

6 months support is already included with the theme purchase and thereafter you need to renew the support period if you want to consult support for any queries / issues. This is the Envato item support policy and we do not force you or anyone to renew item support.

Portfolio ID is auto generated ID for the post by WordPress and that cannot be changed.

But you can add your desired order for all portfolio posts in add/edit portfolio > Page Attributes in right > Order. Then in the portfolio shortcode you can select Menu order in Display items order by dropdown in Order tab.

Thank you so much for your quick response and help! I changed the settings accordingly, it works perfectly for the first row, but unfortunately not for the second. Since I am using a 4-column grid with 2 rows I set the order for the first row with 1 through 4 and 5 to 8 in the second row. Outcome perfectly for first row: 1,2,3,4 outcome for second row is the order 7,5,8,6 – what can I do?

If the style you are using is Masonry grid then as per Masonry nature it will auto adjust items as per the height of the images in the container and your order will be ignored.

We have not tested any multi vendor plugin, but if that plugin do not overwrite feature of default WordPress / WooCommerce and theme then that should work fine, otherwise you may need to implement custom code / css to look and work as per your need.
