Please add this custom CSS to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS to remove the megamenu line-height and padding :

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Visual Composer is distributed as part of the theme under “In-Stock License” which means you do not need a separate license. However this in-stock license only allows you to use the plugin but not update automatically or activate it. Activation is only required for automatic updates and support access.

We provide support for Visual Composer and whenever a visual composer update is available, we will download the latest version test it against our theme and bundle it as a theme update. So updating the theme will get you the latest version of Visual Composer. 

Once you had updated your theme, you will have to navigate to Appearance > Plugins > Visual Composer and de-activate and delete the existing version. Once you have deleted all the VIsual Composer files, you will be prompted again to install Visual Composer. This time you can install the latest version from the theme.

The same applies for Slider Revolution too.

You need to increase the width of the mega menu item. The width of the mega menu is set by adding a special class to the parent menu item of the mega menu item. They are handled by payment gateways. The safety of the information depends on the payment gateway of your choice. The theme plays no role in this.

( Ref : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-page-template/ ). This means there will be no content in the text editor area or visual composer back-end editor. The content is loaded from the template file and are configurable via page options meta-box that are present below the editor ( Ref : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-page-template/#home-v1-page-options ). This makes sure that the home pages are independent of page editors.

However you can also build the home pages using visual composer. For example, you can build home v1 by following the instructions given here : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-visual-composer/ You need to paste the code given in the documentation into your child editor to generate the page using Visual Composer. Thank you for your interest in our theme. The feature you are requesting is called “Vendor Management” where different companies called vendors setup accounts and sell their products on your site.

Electro is a WooCommerce theme and it supports all the features of WooCommerce. However “Vendor Management” is not a feature of WooCommerce. There are plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors, etc that allow you to extend WooCommerce into a vendor management system.

The theme is compatible with Dokan and WC Vendors, and we provide basic compatibility support. However we do not provide support for its features or non-availability of features.

1. Updates are free for the lifetime of the theme.

2. PSD is not included with the theme. However if you reach us after purchase I will get it for you.

3. If you make your customisations through your child theme and not make any php or css changes directly to the parent theme, then your customisations will not be lost during updates.
