Recently I am facing an issue with Travel Agency theme. Currently, I am using Travel Agency theme. On the Home page, I made the changes and content as I wished not on the layout. The pictures are missing on the Greece, Sri Lanka and UAE background recently. Before got, but now gone. Here no any attachment to compare my issue. Hopefully, you could understand. Hi there, I just bought your theme and installed the demo 37. I try to edit the carousel of the main page. When I click on the Edit Heading, I have a window opening on the side, ok, then the Text editor appears, then, full page is refreshed with this message:
This page is having a problem loading We tried to load this page for you a few times, but there is still a problem with this site. We know you have better things to do than to watch this page reload over and over again so try coming back to this page later.
So, I cannot edit any entry of the carousel as this behavior is constant. If this a pb with your template ? WP ? Connection speed ?

Please check Theme Options > General Options > Layout settings. Here you can set the header style globally for the site. You can define the header on the definite page in Header style on page editing, please check this article.

Thanks, that worked for desktops however, it isn’t active on mobile and tablet. How do I activate the built header for tablet and mobile as well?
You can set the tablet and mobile header elements in header builder but there is no option to disable mobile header. Please check http://prntscr.com/kch4vv and thisaritcle.

1 Please check Theme Options > Header Options > Header main options > Menu dropdown hover color. Please check this article as well.
2 The video background is disabled for mobile devices as far as most mobiles do not support HTML5 video tag.

The product image size can be changed in Woocommerce settings. You can add WPBackery modules to the product pages. As for the search for products only, there is no such feature in the theme, you will need the plugin for this purpose.
