I am having an issue trying to replace the logo on my site, when I click UPLOAD FILE or click in the address path beside it, the proper window pops up to search for the file on my computer by the whole screen goes grey and if I click anywhere it just closes that window and back to HEADER settings..
basically I cannot change the logo or ANYTHING in the QODE options that requires uploading a file.
Just wondering if you have any ideas on this.

Question again: I want to create a video slider with 4 videos (6 seconds length per video), and I want it to be auto-play /auto-start, so this is what i did:

The problem is that the videos do not play properly, for example, each video does not end where it should end; instead, It always bounces back to the very beginning of the video again for like half second, then it moves to the next slide.

Videos are set to be autoplayed and in loop. If you want to edit this, you could do that in this file: \wp-content\themes\strata\includes\shortcodes\shortcodes.php and there you’ll find this part of code for video in slider: https://www.screencast.com/t/ncIWyyFPOSo, you could remove loop param if that is what you’re looking for.

1.the individual video still loops, doesnt seem to work. I want all 4 videos to play one by one, and loop as a whole. but I dont want the individual video to loop within one slide. (Its complicated to describe, you got me?)
2. When viewing in mobile devices, the slider turns black and nothing is showing but the loading icon.

Videos are looping constantly, so this what you described
When it comes to mobiles, there should be shown preview image.
But, since there is an error in console log, we need to ask you to deactivate all third party plugins first. And then test this again. It looks like some plugin you are using is in conflict with our script.

Hi I purchased your theme yesterday.. and it seems like your Qode options is not allowing me to insert an image for all the inner pages in parallax form… I tried different browsers too to see if it might be a caching issue but dint work… i also tried using the custom page options to insert the title image.. but none of it is taking any image as such… so please let me know a fix for it…. The shortcodes do not work properly. I see that I got wp bakery version Version 4.7.4 . If I update my theme from 2.3 to 2.6 will this also get updated? Soem shortcodes have huge margins on the website..
