Hi, I like your theme but before I buy it I have couple questions. 1-it says this theme is multilangual, but to make sure, can I change the all of the texts in whole site by changing the language icons? 2-are icons are on top right corner? 3-I couldnt see that but can we add linkedin icons and links on each team member? thanks in advance

1. The theme is multilangual after you install the WPML or Polylang plugin. The WPML plugin is the best solution for this but is a premium paid plugin, the Polylang plugin is the free alternative.
2. I’m sorry but I don’t understand your question. The icons in the right side of the topbar is the social media icon widget. If you mean you could add a language switcher (or flags) in here, yes that’s possible with the default language switcher widget of the above mentioned plugins.
3. Yes this is possible. You can add the LinkedIn icon by adding the icon shortcode to these boxes or by using the default “team member” widget which contain an input field for a LinkedIn profile.

Hi there, I’ve just noticed that the background colour of the third-level menu is the same colour as the sub-menu when viewed on mobile, giving the impression that the third level menu and sub menus are merged. Is there an option or some custom code I could use to differentiate the two levels on mobile? thanks in advance

This will be possible with some custom CSS. Please add the following to the Additional CSS panel of the theme customizer:

The #434343 color can be changed to your own needs.

I have tested the CSS and changed the 3th level submenu to red. Please see this attachment.
Can you check if the color value is correctly added as HEX color value? Or if you added the color value as text value (like red or blue) it is without the # symbol.

If the logo options are empty the site title of your website will be displayed. Can you try to add a random image to the logo options, delete it and then add your logo image to it? On this way the option will be reset and your correct logo image should display.

1. By default the landscaping award images cannot be used in a slider form. But you can easily install a simple slider plugin for that, for example this one.
2. The page speed of a WordPress website can always be improved but mostly depend on things such as hosting package (server speed) and elements/plugins you add to your website. For example if you add a lot of heavy images to your website the page speed and Google Insights score will drastically drop.
We wrote an article about this with steps to follow to increase the page speed which can be found through this link.
3. For SEO optimization we recommend to install the Yoast SEO plugin which is by far the most popular SEO plugin on the market, and fully compatible with our theme.

The issue is caused by the unknown pll__ function and this issue is fixed in a newer theme version. Please download a fresh copy of the theme from ThemeForest and copy the “widget-opening-hours.php” file to overwrite the file in the theme folder on your server.
You can find this file inside the theme folder via the following path: the-landscaper/inc/widgets/widget-opening-hours.php
And this file need to be uploaded to your server on the following path: wordpress/wp-content/themes/the-landscaper/inc/widgets/widget-opening-hours.php
Please let me know if that fixed the issue.

On a single blog post the main navigation shows up in the header of the page (not in the left sidebar) and I would also like to show the main navigation on the left side in a single blog post.

The theme comes with a demo data importer which will create a replica of our theme demo (except for the images, those are replaced). If you have installed the theme first please make sure you have installed and activated all plugins under Appearance -> Install Plugins. Then you can run the demo data importer via Appearance -> Import Demo Data. At this point the entire theme has been set up and configured with the layout from our theme demo.

Hi, the theme was working perfect but it started giving me a 500 error. I tried reinstalling and activating plugins one by one. The SiteOrigin plugin keeps causing it to break, I tried different versions of wordpress and cleared the database before each attempt. Do you have any idea what is going on?

The issue was caused by a PHP memory limit on your server. Some hosting providers set this to a minimum as default. This is a very common issue and can easily be fixed by increasing it with a line of code in the config file of WordPress.
Hello, being using this theme for quite a while with no issues. Today I updated to v 1.5 from v1.4.6 and the single blog page is no longer displaying correctly. It seems to be in the blog page format instead of the single format (showing the one blog post in a grid layout. If I use a different template all is OK – so I overwrote the single.php in my child theme with working template – no joy! So tested by overwriting the single.php in the parent theme – still no joy. Have put all files back as they were and rolled back to v1.4.6 – things working correctly again. Please can you help!!

That’s strange because the theme updates from 1.4.6 till 1.5 does not contain any changes to the single blog pages or the blog hierarchy.

The responsive header menu has unclickable links if the width is 992px. The header menu is fine at 993px and behaves as a desktop menu with links. At 991px, the menu is clickable and behaves as a mobile menu with links.
But at 992px, the header menu doesn’t know whether it wants to be a desktop or mobile menu, and all the dropdown links in the menu are not usable at all. Clicking on the links sends the visitor to the parent link page, and it doesn’t open the dropdown menu to see the rest of the links.
I would fix the menu myself but obviously it isn’t written in CSS and can’t be fixed by customers (developers) of ThemeForest themselves, even when they are proficient in Wordpress, PHP, HTML, and CSS. I take it that this is something that was done in Javascript, JQuery, or PHP and there is no documentation for how to fix this broken menu header with unclickable links.
I have worked with many Themeforest themes but I have never seen a theme where I cannot fixed a broken responsive styling myself in the CSS. I HIGHLY SUGGEST you remove this limitation in the next update and let developers be able to fix broken menu headers in the future without having to contact support for an issue that takes 5 minutes to fix in CSS.
