Hi, yes upon purchase you can download both the full theme package as well as an installable zip file of the theme itself. All of the code is editable, none of it is obfuscated. You are free to edit it in any way you like.
In terms of the frontend, the page builder is extremely flexible. In terms of the backend, WordPress as a platform is very extendable.

Hello! You can have any width that you would like. We recommend 1600 px.

Our ticket system really is the best way for us to provide support since this comment system is very limited in functionality. Comments and tickets are however handled in the same queue, so response time is generally the same.
Please note that we are on Pacific time, so it’s the morning for us now. We answer most support requests during the day here and your ticket response came in the evening for us.

Hey, how can I limit available booking slots according to purchased slots? For example tour has a 10 person capacity, somebody buys 2 person tour ticket and the next customer will buy 10 person ticket = 12 persons for 10 person capacity. Is there any way how to resolve this issue and connect woocommerce data with booking plugin? Thanks
Hi, how it works in the plugin you can essentially have one or the other. In Booked, in terms of quantity or time slot availability, each booking made is for one slot. So if you want to use that option and have a max number per tour, then I recommend disabling the option to purchase multiple tickets using a quantity / variable product option.
If having a max number is not crucial, then you can enable the option to purchase multiple tickets/slots at once.
Does that make sense?
As you may know, we are not the authors of the Booked plugin. We have however mentioned the feature to the plugin author so hopefully it will be added in a future update.
Does it mean that if somebody wants to buy 7 tickets for one tour they have to do it one by one? Otherwise it can be overbooked?
Having a max number is crucial for us, we have strictly limited capacity. But user experience is also important therefore I am not sure if this solution is right for us

Yes, if you want to use the limited time slot quantity feature in Booked then each slot would have to be booked on its own. You can however select a slot, add to cart, then go back add more and then Checkout all at once. Once the first one is added, it’s quick to add additional however I understand it may not be perfectly ideal in all cases.
Booked is of course included and supported, but if it doesn’t suit your exact needs then it can be deactivated and another booking added in place of it. Most other booking systems should work well with the theme.

Regarding time zone, you can have it set to whichever time zone you want, and the date can display in whichever format you want. It takes the settings from the main WordPress settings area.
Hi, I want to create dynamic pricing for packages. E.g the price changes depending the date they want to book the package. Would formidable forms help me with the trouble of creating dynamic pricing and adding options to the product (in this case the package) to change the price depending of what the customer wants. E.g Individual room or Double and the date.
Hello! There are two ways to proceed, you can use the built in Booked Plugin with WooCommerces variable pricing to adjust the price dependent on specific options selected. You can also use Gravity Forms for dynamic pricing and check out with PayPal. Those are the only two ways that I know of.
Formidable does have dynamic fields, but you would need to ask them if they tie in with pricing / checkout.

Also try testing without any additional third-party plugins that did not come included with the theme as there may be a conflict.

Hi, yes the theme and included plugins are fully translatable so if you use a translation plugin you can add the texts.

I have the “Envato credit code”, the “Envato receipt number”, the “Envato invoice number”, another “Envato invoice number”, “Envato API Personal Token”..., but none of them is an Envato purchase code, and I’m not, therefore, enabled to post a ticket.
