Ahora quiero comentar sobre la ayuda de la plantilla. Llevo ¡82 días! intentando que la persona que han designado para que me ayude consiga entrar en mi proyecto. No lo consigue pero sigo con la misma persona asignada. He terminado mi tienda sin posibilidad de ayuda, he enviado muchos mensajes, he cambiado de empresa de hosting y con la nueva tampoco puede solucionarlo. He terminado mi tienda sin ayuda. Tengo problemas estructurales de la plantilla y no puedo arreglarlos porque no puede entrar. Al final tendré que sacar la tienda con esos fallos o empezar de nuevo con otra plantilla.
El resultado final de la tienda me agrada pero muy decepcionado con el funcionamiento de la ayuda. Ayuda = 0

Lo tengo muy claro. Estoy arrepentido de haber comprado esta plantilla. Tengo la tienda terminada y con errores que la estropean mucho. Después de 87 días y 4 horas intentándolo, me rindo. Está claro que no me pueden ayudar, el pretexto es siempre el mismo: “please send valid FTP details and also send your list of issue details with screenshot.” Yo doy los mismos datos a mis amigos. Ellos SÍ consiguen entrar con los mismos datos.
Como he dicho antes, me rindo. Voy a pagar a una persona para que me arregle los errores de la plantilla. Yo no sé arreglarlos. Al final me va a costar más caro arreglar la plantilla que la plantilla, pero con la tienda terminada, y después de 90 días trabajando con la plantilla, no puedo volver a empezar.
Expongo mi experiencia por si le puede servir a alguien. Suerte a los demás y me alegro por los que no tienen ningún problema.
