Hi there. I bought this theme, so I reviewed its preview, and I really liked it, I really need its design and feature. However, after the purchase I had problems… Demo content that is in the theme of not importing to my site. I turned to “Envato Market” for support and was told that the problem with all the content of the topic should be resolved with the authors of the theme. And for a week now I have been communicating with the authors of the theme and my problem is not solved, we communicate via e-mail where I receive a reply from them for 1-2 days, and it’s not even a problem, but the fact that I still haven’t received demo content in the preview to the theme. After a week of correspondence, I received only one page as a preview, but I need the whole site as a preview. Please help and tell me what I need to do to get demo content as a preview.

Please just import the in site as you have in the review to the theme so that there was all the content design and style as you have in the review to the theme. If you can’t figure out what we need, we’ll get back to you and make a short call (zoom or google meet, where it’s convenient for you). Once again, we need a site the same as yours in the preview with the same pages of design, style, and content.

I could not install the demo using the one click install. I got all sorts of errors. I had to manually install the xml file. That too, I had to go to theme customization to be able to start. This is not what your theme promo promised!

Hello, My website is for an event using the iVent theme and The Events Calendar plugin. For my event we have several free clinics set up in the event calendar. For these free clinics we have set a RSVP for each clinic. However I am receiving an error when trying to fill out the RSVP form. I get an error that the “Value must be greater than or equal to 0” or “Value must be less than or equal to -1”.
We are also using the plugin for our event ticketing using The Events Tickets Plus plugin and we are not experiencing any issues.
I have tested and found this to be a theme/plugin conflict. Please advise.

I have registered the licence to the new domain and have tried updating the WP Bakery page builder plugin – however it will not update the plugin as it says the licence is not activated. But when I log into WP Bakery – the licence is entered and does appear to be activated. Can tell me how this can have be solved? Regards,

With the WP Backery plugin, you can remove the plugin on your site and re-install it again. It will get the latest version from our server to install on your site.
With the current theme version, we not yet add the new version for this plugin.

Thank you for your response. Can you please clarify when will you be adding the new version of the plugin to the theme?
To update the latest version of the 3rd plugin, we need to add the version id to requirement plugin file on the theme, then it will get the latest version from our server. But the current version of this theme, the requirement plugin still have the old version id of WPBackery plugin.

1/ On your demo-website, I chose “Home-Slider” and selected an “Upcoming Event”. From this page, how do I buy a ticket for this event? I can’t find any “Call to Action” anywhere on the page.
2/ What are the payment gateways included in your theme? I’d like customers to pay via credit card without having to registered anywhere (Paypal…)

Hi, 1) Have you updated the theme to be compatible with the latest events calendar versions? 2) My license has expired but in January 2017 i had customisations done on my child theme that i paid $150 for, don’t i get support for the customisation since i paid 3 times the value of theme? i don’t it’s fair to be expected to pay for support again.

I have a couple of questions regarding single events:
1: On a single event, the “thumbnail” option in “Using Header image” doesn’t seem to be working. It should get the image I chose as featured for the event, right? If not, where do I have to place the image?
2: The breadcrumbs on single events are also not showing. I tried switching the “Enable Breadcrumbs” option in the “Site Enhancement” panel on and off, but nothing happens. How do I activate them?

#1. We have check our theme function again and the options By Thumbnail doesn’t work, please use the options By Header event, then you can select the heading background image for the single event page.
#2. With breadcrumbs, we just have one option to enable it on Site Enhancement and it still working. Please submit a ticket on our support site and give us your site URL, admin account. We will help you check it again.
