Hi, is the recent demo for J3 is final, because updating the new SQL file has really messed up the entire alignments, i had to start from scratch. Or is there a way to simply enforce the updates without messing up with the current theme layout.

Hi, we don’t have plans to add 360 panorama natively at this time, but you should search google for 360 embeddable plugins.

You can also hide pretty much all the elements in the theme so yes it can be used like that.

Hi, it already is, you can use it now.

The 3.0.0 version will only represent the time when J3 replaces J2 and becomes main theme.

The issue holding us back now are the unfinished demos but there will always be regular updates and bug fixes, so you can start using J3 now and update whenever an update comes out, just like Journal 2 throughout the years. Journal will always be the most up to date theme.

1. Could be in a few days or a week, but the theme is in a pretty final stage already, you can use it now.
2. Simply install J3 and use it, no need to remove J2 as they can be both installed, however J3 is a new and separate theme so you can’t migrate your current J2 theme design, need to start fresh with J3.

Product sold count is only available at the product page and we don’t have plans to extend it in other places at this time.

J3 RC9: I wanted to set the image on product page smaller. I set the new size (Journal > Skins > Your Skin >Image Dimensions> Product page image) and it did not get smaller but blured. Did I miss something?

Hi, I just bought the Journal theme, and I have a properly stupid question in regard to journal 3. Once Journal 3 becomes the main theme, will it replace journal 2 in the sense, that the journal 2 demoes can no longer be installed? Or will it continue to be possible to install demoes from journal 2?

As a lot of previous comments have stated, it really is marvelous what you have achieved with journal, and Im looking forward to see the new demoes, once they get published. So thumbs up for you guys, its been quite impressive so far ;-)

Hi, yes we’ll eventually stop including J2 and J3 becomes the main theme. This will happen sometime in the month of August.

You can always use J2 if you want, you can have both installed, but only one may be active at a time on a single domain as per the regular license. If you want to use both J2 and J3 on two or more domains you’d need one regular license for each domain.

And thank you very much for your feedback. Demos are under construction. We shifted focus on the storefront now that we’re wrapping up the admin. However, demos are an ongoing process so different ones will pop up throughout the year, not all at once.
