I have support but I can’t reach your page, I get an error message when trying to login to your portal for support.

I am having an issue with the EF3 plugin (Redux Framework) – When the plugin is active, the Post Categories are not displaying under Posts > Categories. When disabled they are there!

Hello, we bought your theme and we have a problem with portfolio category link. It does not show category description. And it does not show portfolio items correctly. Some of the items are missing, even if they all got the same settings?

Hello! I’ve just purchased the support for 6 months because I’m facing issues with the template. Here are the 3 main issues I have for the moment :
1) I have exported an xml with all the files from our website www.learning-expeditions-asia.com, and imported in a new website we are creating with the same template & identity but focused on europe (www.learning-expeditions-europe). But when I try to change the logo. I go to Appearance – Customize and I change the logo but the previous logo remains. 2) There is a black square on the bottom left side of the images of the blogposts. like here : http://www.learning-expeditions-asia.com/index.php/2018/10/03/top-transformative-companies-visit-asia/ 3) Also related to the new website : the sections Testimonials and Clients I have on www.learning-expeditions-asia.com don’t appear on the dashboard menu anymore – therefore the contents don’t seem to have been imported or are unaccessible – and I don’t know how to add them.

To change the 404 error message, do I have to create a copy of 404.php in my child theme, or is there a user-friendly way to edit this on the back end?
My suggestion would be for the theme to add a page named ‘404’ or let the user assign a page to use as the 404 page so it can be edited easily for non coders.
