You can delete(comment) the subject field from /theme/parts/forms/part-contact-form.php, lines 32 – 35, in order for the user to not be able to insert it. Then you’ll have to modify the php code that handles the form from /theme/lib/forms/cf_ajax.php . First you have to remove the empty check so the form wont generate an error from line 27, remove just this part:|| empty($_POST['subject']). Then, replace line 38, this one:
$subject = sanitize_text_field($_POST['subject']);with this one:
$subject = ' insert your subject here ';
That should be it.

I have purchased the theme, is there support for that theme? Is the support offered through the comments section here?
I have trouble translating the theme to Greek. I have created the po & mo files and uploaded them in both theme lang folder and in languages themes folder but i still see the english text on the site.
I have created a new shop sidebar, I have set it to the shop page to use it but although I have placed several widgets there I still see just one.
Is there an option to remove the minicart from the menu or leave just the cart icon without the text with the number of items in the cart?

Regarding the translation, the easiest way you to work it is to use Loco translate plugin, although uploading directly the mo/po files should work. Where do you see the english text?
Regarding the shop widgets it depends what plugins you added cause if you added Filter widgets and you don’t have variable products they will not appear.
You can remove the cart icon from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header minicart

Hello, need to set up a small winery. Requirements are registration/login, age verification and shopping cart that supports either Square or PayPal payments. Not sure yet about wine club, we’re not yet there. But need simple About, Wines (sub menus for vintages), Purchase (with requirement to login), Contact Us menus. And secure PCI level cart, of course.
Main question is, do you support age verification and registration/login, I think I can configure other features.

Thanks for the reply. Your Live Demo has age verification as a menu drop down, not something that pops up on initial entry to the site. I am really looking for it to pop up as the site appears, some payment processors in USA insist on this.
And, in regard to registration, any way to set it up so that one must register/log in to actually buy? No sales allowed as Guest, in other words? I am still not sure about Live Demo, barely runs on Safari, seems rather slow in Firefox, haven’t tried in Chrome yet.

Yes, the Age Verification is put as a drowdown just to point out the fact it’s supported but it has a setting to popup on initial entry on site or on a specific page.
Yes, you can disable Guest checkout on WooCommerce and force the user to register, see this: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-15
Regarding the live demo, maybe my server location is the problem of slow loading or your connection speed. On the live demo I do not optimise anything, I run all images full size and I do not run any cache plugin, so that could add to it as well.

Downloaded the doc to see how to set up (never coded in PHP before), WP is up and running now on local machine. Template looks fine, I’ll need to take out some of the UI for now to make it a simpler look and feel for our needs. One thing I am not sure about, and your demo doesn’t seem to have it, is an add to cart number of bottles, as in “3 bottles” and click Add to Cart, before even getting to checkout and adjusting counts. Can one enable this in your template settings? Its a kind of a need to have for us with most customers ordering more than one bottle for sure. TIA.

Hello, been looking at the Live Demo, it loads rather very slowly, will not generate much sales if a customer has to wait 10-15 seconds for the site to load. Can you point me at a real live site for some of your customers so that I can see it work? Great looking template, but this slow load time issue is a non starter. TIA.

Hello, my local speed is not an issue, cannot be, my download just clocked at 177MBps and I seriously doubt you even reach half of that. Your demo simply loads forever, although I see others do same and now suspect Envato site itself that might be the issue.
I am ordering the template, have local setup to see how it does. And hope that if I still see same slow load times I can get a refund.

Interesting. Any way to explain how your competitors’ demos load and navigate with lightning speed on same internet connection, and yet yours takes 10-12 seconds to even load? Your, and mine, connection speeds are irrelevant since most customers will be running on slower pipes. I really like the layout and some options you have, but will be deleting some of the features and settings you have (multi-language, search, etc), and then upgrading with other plugins (Add to Cart button, better shopping cart with more options, etc), so loading speed is essential to me in this case when I see others somehow code for faster loads.

We had contact before – about an issue with doubled price, shown on the product pages. You solved this problem for our site. You said this “bug” will be taken care of in the next update of “Villenoir”.
Before we were going live with our site yesterday, we updated all plugins and the theme. And again we have the same problem, that the price of the product is shown twice.

I noticed that in back office when changing the model for example by “standard” the display reappearing.

Hi, We have a multilingual page (Spanish and English; Spanish is the main language) and we have a WooCommerce catalog with only 6 products made with your premium theme Villenoir and WPML. We have both license. We have a serious problem because the translation of the products doesn’t work correctly. It means that we have the translation of all the products (with WPML WooCommerce Multilingual), but, if “Advanced Custom Fields PRO” plugin is active, the translation of the products in English doesn’t show (we get a page with the product image and no text). It only works if ACF is disabled, but, if we do that, everything is broken in the layout. We’ve tried to config the setting of the custom fields, but it doesn’t work. We’ve installed “Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual” plugin, but the translation neither shows. Can you help us, please? Thanks in advance.

ACF plugin is a mandatory plugin so please go ahead and activate it. Then, please go and set the theme options for each of the languages. If the product options are not showing that means they’re not activated from the theme options. So, please switch the language to english and go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Store and make sure everything is checked.
