Pre-sales question: Just testing out your demo site. I noticed some issues with the responsive menu. When it’s opened, it disappears when scrolling down then reappears again when scrolling up. Once a couple of the menu options are expanded and the menu is longer than the page, if I tried to scroll down to view the rest of the menu it disappears.
I suspect the issue has something to do with the sticky menu, which disappears when scrolling down and reappears when scrolling up.

It creates a poor mobile user experience and looks unprofessional. Can you confirm that this is going to be fixed imminently?

Thanks for the manual workaround suggestion. We would prefer a sticky menu though. Will you also be fixing this bug?
You could use Sticky menu that is displayed on our demo site. Since menu could be long if there are a lot of menu items and submenu items, we wanted to make this more user friendly, so if you scroll down and whole menu is presented, menu will close after, and you’ll be scrolled down on a page. And when you scroll up, menu will be displayed as well, since you didn’t close it on a button. We found this solution pretty ok for big menus.

Hi, on the Our Team and Instructors pages, is there a “more info” option so that if you click on a team member, you are directed to a new page with a full bio? I see this is an option in another one of your themes (http://mediclinic.mikado-themes.com/team-member/jordan-kelley/) and wasn’t sure if this is available in Wellspring too.

Pre-sales question: Can the class timetable be set up in quarter hour increments? e.g. class from 12:15 to 12:45, or 1 pm to 2:30pm

Thank you for taking interest in our theme. When it comes to events that are not set to start in full hour, it is not fully supported bu this third party plugin we are using within our theme. But, there are some workarounds for this part, using css.

Hello Mikado, unluckily my suppport has expired before I could even start working on the theme. So far everything went fine. But I experienced a problem with changing the fonts, especially in the Tab-Headlines and the Sidebar-Headlines. It is simply not possible, or somewhere must be a hidden feature in the Theme Options. Did you ever hear of this problem before and is there maybe a simple solution? Thanks for your help.

Hello – I am trying to use the video button element but when I click on the play button, the lightbox that opens doesn’t show the video – it says that the plugin is not supported. Any suggestions on why this is not working? The video I am using is in my media library (not youtube or vimeo). Thanks.

Hello. I have had your theme for a while, support has expired. However, as I have had the site and grown my content the site has really slowed down. It is not scaling and staying fast and even google speed tests of the basic theme are very slow. Any chances of dealing with this in future updates? Also, the most recent update is causing a 505 load error I guess becuase of woocommerce incompatibility? Are there any resources to help me fix these issues? I am feeling really frustrated and don’t really want to change my theme. Thanks!

Please, sens us here your site URL so we could test page speed time and provide you adequate hints based on results. When it comes to WooCommerce, Wellspring has been updated recently and compatibility for latest version has been added. So, just update our theme to latest version, before doing WooCommerce update and check this again. Everything should be working fine.

Sticky header background colour can be changed in Mikado Options > Header > Sticky Header. The footer colour can be changed with some custom CSS; please add the following to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
footer .mkdf-footer-top-holder {
background-color: #2a2b2a;
}
footer .mkdf-footer-bottom-holder {
background-color: #202020;
}They’re for the top and bottom footers, respectfully.
