If you use some multilanguage plugin like Polylang or WPML, you need to add language switcher to the menu by yourself. These plugins has their own documentation or you can read this tutorial on how to create a multilanguagual website, that has instruction of adding language switcher. I want to purchase your theme but before to buy it i want to know if with the polo architecture demo( http://theme.crumina.net/polo/architect/ ) as i can see is one page can i add more page and post but with the same structure i mean with the side menu on the left and also to add sub categories on the main menu?

Sure, you can add so many pages and posts you want. You can also enable side menu for all pages in global settings of the theme. You can have menu with sub items in it as well.

I see the restaurant demo layout. http://theme.crumina.net/polo/restaurant/ If i buy the theme; is all demo content added like in the example? I have bought seosight theme and i really liked that all demo content was included and all images were at it’s place like in the demo. Is this the same with Polo theme?

The Polo theme is a little different from our newest themes like Seosight, Utouch, where all images were created by our designer and included in the theme. Concerning Polo, the structure will be imported as on demo version, however, some of the images will not be included because they are copyright protected will be replaced with the dummy grey images. Anyway, you can change and upload your images instead.

if i buy polo theme; can i install it on unlimited sites?
Hi,
No, you can’t do this. According to Envato rules one license can be used only for installing a theme only on one site. This rule is spread for any theme on ThemeForest.

making the design like this which already uses polo theme: http://anatoliamontenegro.com but this time i am getting so many errors. top bar not displaying, hero slider not getting fitted properly. menu bar not getting transparent. nothing is working. what to do? support is also disabled for this theme…

Thank you! I still can’t get same boxed-layout as in the html-theme. There I can use <body class=”boxed”> or <body class=”boxed-simple”> and the last is very nice and I like to use that in the WP-theme as well. Or will that be possible in upcoming update? Please, note the Polo HTML and Polo WP are both independent product from different authors and we don’t quite understand which boxed-layout you are talking about. Please, submit a ticket here providing us any screenshot or url showing this layout, so we could try to help you with it.

I installed the theme but when trying to import I find two problems when trying to load external imgs (not secure) for corporate v7. After adjusting this on the page file and trying to point them to the own library, i get a blank website, simply nothing appears… is there anything known on this problem?

Hi there, since i’ve updated the Polo theme extension 1.5 the site is no longer displaying only a white screen. I’ve disabled all other plugins, only when i disable the theme extension plugin does the site display. Please advise. thank you

Hi, we are using WPML to translate a website and need your help. We need to display posts of both languages in Polo Recent Posts module.
We added arg supress_filters => true in query (/wp-content/plugins/polo_extension/visual-composer-addons/modules/recent_posts.php) but it’s not working. Posts are not being displayed.
What else we need to do?

Hi, I have updated the Polo theme (automatic updates) to v1.5.2. Yet my Visual composer is still on 5.4.7. How do I update this, please ?

The easiest way to update Visual Composer is to delete it from your Plugins section and install again from Appearance > Install plugins section.
Also please note that we don’t see label “Purchased” in front of your name and can’t verify you as our customer.
