Hello, the theme uses default WP posts for knowledge base articles so any plugin that can import to posts should be fine. You can do the import before you buy our theme under default theme and see if that works as you need.

Hello, the Elements theme exactly the same as Themeforest one. You need to first unzip the download package to find the theme install zip inside.

I just tested the required plugin download/install and all seam to work fine. Try that again or you can just install the manually, the plugins are located inside the theme knowledgepress > lib > plugins folder.

Hello, The Live search seems to be bringing me to a 404 page when my permalinks are set to custom? When I put them on plain my search is fine, but when I put them to custom any more than a 1-word search goes to a 404 page. Is there a piece of code that changes only the search permalink? When the search structure is like this /?s=How+do+I it works fine. It’s when the structure changes to /search/how+do+i that it breaks.

I purchased this theme but could not import the demo data properly. I was able to import all db data without problem but the installation of media files failed. it seems that the urls that are pointed by the xml does not exist. For example, the below URL does not work. Could you please inform me how to import these files properly?

I have an old version of theme installed (2.1.0)
I get a message that a page was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:300,300italic,500,700'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
Do you know where I can change this url? It seems to be loaded within the theme as a stylesheet in <head> but I can`t find it anywhere.
The only source I found was: jquery.fontselect.js in /options/fields/google_webfonts
Tried to change: cssUrl: ‘http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=', fonts: _fonts, apiUrl: ‘https://www.googleapis.com/webfonts/v1/webfonts',
But noe effect…

1. Can the top title bar be removed? (red circle) 2. Can the “content”-box be removed, or placed where ever you want? (black circle) 3. Can the “Recent Articles” and “Popular articles” be removed – both at the same time, and individually?

Most Liked Articles analytics is not working at all. It’s paginated, but there is no value or any chart. Views and searches analytics are fine.

Theme comes with all the features as on demo site. Sub-directory WP installation is fine. Theme can be translated using Poedit, but you need to do it yourself.
