If you wish you can use that placeholder images. For the dummy images,
Kindly note the images which we have used in the demo are all licensed images. So, we can’t provide those images will appear in the Theme Demo, but not in the Theme package. Because of some license issue, we have not included those images. Dummy image will be present instead of original image. You need to replace your own images. If you need to use those images, here is the purchase links to purchase those images.

Hello, I need to update the catalog-type-i page by changing the order of items and adding categories to the mini menu on the left hand side of the page. How do i do this please? 1 ) When you have added the catalog entries it will automatically display that category under the page , but you have to assign that category for at least one category.

There are a number of complaints with this same issue. Since you sold many versions of this theme it seems you should create dummy content that works with WPBakery. That would extend the life of this theme.

What is the use for buying a theme to save time, import demo content to save time and then you have to work with old shortcodes to edit the current demo pages. Very disappointing. Moving to a easier theme with WPBakery compatible pages! No one wants to use shortcodes anymore…

The Visual Composer page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option” . Instead you can use the sample layouts module, which will build the home pages, about us page, etc as our demo in page builder. We are trying to register at your support site and we’re having an awful time. No email come through for the PW. This Layerslider WP keeps breaking because it wants an activation. I followed your instruction is setting up the plugin and its still doing it. Its utterly unreliable and a problem causer for us. You need to correct the procedure for this properly instead of creating loopholes for the buyers to follow. Please get back to us ASAP cause we’re about to ditch the whole theme.

its my email I think eadovermd@gmail.com . If not then its EricDover60. I can’t remember how I registered now. Please make this process easier and automatic when a theme is purchased. My issue is that at least once a week the slider doesn’t display the images and I have to login to WP and reserve the slider Wp page for the slider to show the images again. I’ve done this three times now since activating the theme a couple of weeks ago. Sorry no screenshots cause I reserved the slider fo it to work. We can’r afford to have a nilly willy site function.

I can describe it here because the login doesn’t work again. The images disappear from the slider, but the timer circle still shows. At the backend of the plugin the slider images and layers are still present and I have to save it again to bring back the images to show up on the slider.

Hi, First of all, I tried to register on your support site, but I haven’t received the password from two days. So how can we get the password to submit the ticket !?
My issue is when try to edit the pages which came with demo, I don’t know which builder we should use, I tried using the WPBakery (backend editor), but I see all codes like this :

As of now we have created the page using the WordPress text editor with our DTShortcode Builder . Our theme is compatible with Visual Composer, but you cannot edit the Demo contents with Visual Composer. You can create new pages with Visual Composer plugin.

Then open index.html file for theme documentation and open shortcodes.html file for theme shortcodes here you can refer the shortcodes. And also you can get the shortcodes from Dashboard > Pages > Shortcodes page and its child pages.
Kindly note the spalab theme dummy data created by the shortcode builder, You can’t change/switch into page builder modules content by updating the option from Dashboard > Appearance > Spalab Optins > Page Builder > Update Content. You have to customize those content by shortcode builder / page builder only.
So you can use either shortcode builder/ page builder / Visual Composer modules to create the new page contents. You can’t use both shortcode builder / page builder / Visual Composer in one page.

Install and activate all the required and recommended Plugins and deactivate all the external Plugins other than the theme recommended Plugins.
For the purpose of demo content import we have used “Unyson” plug-in to import the demo contents.
Note: Before installing the demo content, please check that your server has the following limits as explained in our knowledge base link else contact your hosting support to do so.

It sound like you have not updated the Core Plugin. kindly get into the file path via FTP or Cpanel /wp-content/plugins/ and rename our “designthemes-core-features” to “designthemes-core-features-old” .
Now you can login to your backend, now you can install the update “designthemes-core-features” plugin.
Don’t activate that renamed plugin, if you have made any changes in old designthemes-core-features-old plugin kindly rewrite those files in the designthemes-core-features plugin folder, after that you can delete that old ( designthemes-core-features-old ) plugin file.
