Can´t install child theme, I´ve sent a ticket, do have it?
I set it up as it says in the manual The category and price search are different from the demo version
It’s hard because the manual doesn’t tell you in detail

Hello. I want to ask you the way I activate my ‘canvas’ theme using purchase validation code for the second time after website restoration by server.
I’ve updated my theme the day before yesterday, and I activated my theme at once, and succeeded. But after that, I uploaded the “child-theme” and activated it, and it didn’t work, and my website became white screen.
I’ve tried to fix it, but didn’t succeed. So I asked my hosting service to restore my site to the condition of former version. And it’s done.
Now I have updated theme again for the second time, and I tried to activate my theme again, but I didn’t succeed. It says: “This purchase code already activated!”
Could you please help me ?

I am interested in your canvas them but I notice your footer is limited content it and the home page can’t it be customised by my web developer… Your page builder can it be used to customize the home page ..can divider be used on the page builder
Hi there! Yes, we have a simple footer area in this theme. We use a custom template for the home page, the data is loaded dynamically.
all i see is copy right and social share. no links and place to add company details and address. thank you
it’s a simple text field for the copyright section
So it can’t be extended right
At the moment there is no option to do that. It can be done only as a custom solution, which is a paid service.

Hello! The Canvas is available only as the WordPress theme. There are no HTML files in the package.

We’re using the canvas theme with your main demo on our site http://www.groveinteriors.net/ we have noticed that the slider occasionally seems to extend past the edge of the grid/ has an extra pannel of the image to the right. Please see: https://www.screencast.com/t/4G8CPyUS we’re not too sure why it’s doing this or how to get rid of this panel.

Hello! You use child theme on your end. We don’t support customized products. Please activate the default theme and test it. Also please ensure you have the latest version 2.5.

Hello! The theme contains the GT3 Page Builder, it’s not the same as the Visual Composer. The modules are more simple and user-friendly.

Dear SIr Jus ti pirchased atheme and make the live found no error while installing but the theme is not working properly when we click on portfolio section then all the links are working and images are shown but when we click the same from top menu ( header ) only slider is shown no images get shown 2 secondly when we click on the Cabinet tab there are more pages and my default page 2 option available but when we click on the2 option error page comes up
