Is your image in a jpg format?
Also, make sure your featured image is less than 800k. This should do the trick to render the blurry album image in the background.

Croma doesnt have this feature. I dont know if a plugin who do this is available. This is a feature you can add in a child theme if you have coding knowledge.

I recently downloaded Croma through Envato Elements (apparently it doesn’t generate a purchase code) for my band’s new website (www.indisciplineofficial.com – it’s currently under maintenance since I’m re-building the website from the ground up, but I can provide you with login credentials). It’s an awesome theme and with the demo it’s pretty easy to understand how things work, but I still have some doubts.
1) This is the most important thing. In “music”, even though I added all the necessary info, when I click any of the albums, the page doesn’t load. I tried updating the permalinks, then pages for 2 of the albums loaded – but one of them took forever to load, and never did actually load, but instead gave an error after some minutes.
2) The logo on the main page appears cropped in the top.
3) Videos in the video page are organized in a little “crazy” way, with spaces that I did not intend to be there. It also takes forever to load when I click the play icon on the thumbnail.
4) In the homepage, the “follow” section also has an organization problem. Instead of appearing as a list, the 3 icons I want to be featured there are a little “scattered”.
Could you please help?

Unfortunately, items bought from elements are not supported. Im sorry about this. (it’s an Envato Policy). If you want to have theme support, you need to buy a regular theme licence on themeforest. After this, we will be all set to help you out.

The best way to get started with our theme is to import the demo. Install the theme and its required plugins, then go to WP-Admin > Tools > Demo Content Install and you will see there all the demos available. Choose your favorite. Then you will only have to change the images, texts and color by your own assets.
Take note that when you import the demo, this completely swipe your actual content by the demo’s one but it’s often the best way to get started with your new design.

Very happy with this theme! I have one question – I am unable to set the continuous player to load in a paused state (disable play) for the GRID demo. When I edit the auto-play setting to no (off) in the page builder the player doesn’t load at all.
As a temporary fix I added a pause toggle to iron-audioplayer.js – But if I could please request that this option is added to the admin panel in a future release, please.
Turns out that edit didn’t work after all. If you could advise me please.

This is no more possible to autoplay mp3 with the new browser policy. Browser require action from the user before playing any media.

We can heard track 3 and it is the only file who it is not ending by “fileName.m4a.mp3” and it is just ending by the extension ”.mp3”.
So please try to remove ”.m4a” from all files name.

The theme has graduated to “strange” here. Besides elements just not loading randomly, we are experiencing strange changes to the layout for no apparent reason, and anomalies like this product post that started showing a review twice on the same page: https://bit.ly/2M0YOfP – ?

Is it possible to have the player automatically play the latest audio from an rss feed? Or the latest post from a custom post type (that I could update with an RSS plugin)? I want it to always play the latest episode of a podcast without having to manually update a playlist each time I publish.

Downloaded the theme using my Envato Elements subscription. Wanted to make sure it worked properly before purchasing. I have loved the theme so far but am having issues when loading each page. The first load will have the header text on top of the menu, but after a reload the issue is fixed. I am also having trouble finding where to change the color of the menu text. Any advice on these two issues.

You can change the menu color in the theme setting (wp-admin>croma>menu options) Or the menu color can also be overwrited in each pages settings.

Thanks, and surprised at the limitation (2.). Disappointment admittedly creeping in with a few bugs popping up as well, particularly when clicking the home button in the menu. Revslider then often drops random slide elements unexpectedly on load, and never completes. Clicking the logo, however, gives different, better, results (though not always perfect either). Really, really dislike the dreaded Revolution Slider. Will probably open a ticket with you and with them, but thought people here should know about it.

My video background is not working properly in Chrome, I am using the HTML5 links, is there a restriction for Chrome? Its working in all other browsers. Also, I cannot get the “promotion” links to open a new tab/window, even when I add target = “_blank” in the ‘classic mode’
