The Show sharing buttons checkbox is not displayed on the product page although it is checked in the customize product page section. When loading the product page you can see the icons for a split second before they dissapear because the css for display is none. How can I enable/display the checkbox option when creating a product?

1. The site loader does not get enabled – I think this is a widely reported problem seeing from other comments.

2. The prev-next button on the product page does not load all the products. On what basis does it work? Is it bounded by the category or any other taxanomy?

Hi Guys. Just to let you know the most recent version the map will not save the height. You have to manually enter it into the short code but every time you enter the UX builder it wipes the value.

Lazy load for images has an Issue that breaks J-SON. I hope you can check it for coming updates. Thanks

I know you’re working on the update but would the “outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files” be causing the backend to show ‘1 Plugin Update Available’ when all of my themes and plugins are up-to-date?

UPDATE: Actually I just deactivated and reactivated the yoast plugin and it disappeared.

I am jsut having an issue with the scroll to link – when scrolling down to the link it is perfect – but when scrolling from a link at the bottom of the page to a link in the middle of the page, it doesnt go high enough to select that link (by about 10px) – any idea why?

Hi. When using Woocommerce free downloads plugin and choosing Wide Gallery as product layout, the download button disappears. It works on the other layouts. Any fix to this?

Feature request: I’d like to collapse the sidebar shown in “Woocommerce – My account” template when viewing the site from a mobile device. Currently the sidebar is shown at the top of the page when visited by a mobile device. This causes a lot of scrolling. Moving the sidebar to the bottom of the page, or by collapsing the sidebar to the left, solves this issue.

Hello! I use audio links in one of my client’s pages. When the text is clicked, the linked file automatically downloads. Is there a way to simply play the audio file? Perhaps in another window?

Is anyone having these issues with Flatome 3.6.1?

- Layout image disappears after publish and exit from customizer. Seems this is only an issue with full width pages.

- Button color defaults to original green “success” color in slider banner, instead of selected color pallet in customizer.

- Two scrolling bars appear in customizer (causes screen shaking and tearing) and will scroll far passed the footer.

- Icons are off center when in a circle in both UX builder and customizer. Literally every icon with a circle around it is off center, even the icons in Flatsome’s page builders and product categories. I had to disable wishlist to get rid of it in the store.

- In UX builder, banner button “alert” color (set to outline) has a red ring around it when selected or hovered over. There is no selected red color anywhere in customizer nor in any other plug-in I own.

- Banner paralax stopped working as well as zoom on hover.

- I feel stupid but for some reason, the footer is on sticky (it pops up when scrolling down and it looks odd) and I can’t find where to change it lol.

These issues seemed to snowball on me after the layout images started to disappear. I had no problems early on but it seems like things are getting progressively worse. I haven’t altered any code, I’ve tried it on different computers, desktop and laptop and I tried re-installing Flatsome. I’m using a PC and I primarily use Chrome.

How do I disable the drop down menu when a user clicks on MY ACCOUNT in the header on the Home Page for my online shop? I want the user to click the MY ACOUNT icon and go directly to the MY ACCOUNT page instead of the drop down menu being displayed. Some of my customers are elderly and the drop down menu will confuse them. I’m find with putting in CSS if that is required. Just tell me where to put it. Thanks!!!

hi, i tried to add mail chimp code in the footer.php part of editor. but website stopped working, so i removed that code and updated but seems all the footer.php is deleted. now i have no footer part on website and home page does not work properly. please let me know how i can recover the footer.php code

Hi there, I have updated my Flatsome theme and WooCommerce to the latest version, but I am getting the same message about outdated WooCommerce templates as few other people. When can we expect the next theme update so this will be fixed? It has a negative effect on my check-out process. Thanks!
