1. This image is showing month + day + year. My question is if it’s possible to have just month + year. I ask because my event listings expand multiple days (i.e. start date is 8/14/18 and end date is 8/17/18) but the search function only seems to use the start day as data when filtering results. Therefore – in my example – if someone searches 8/15/18, no results will be shown. Any recommendations on how to best solve this?

1. Unfortunately there isn’t a feature for that. However you could add two select custom fields in the event listing type, one for month, another for year and add two filters in your search form using those fields

This would be an example, when adding a listing, I want it that the categories would be the first one instead of packages. Is this possible? Been looking all over the elementor widgets and can’t seem to find this.

The reason is that this issue could be because of a lot of factors so it’s hard to tell why it’s not working on your site without checking your site. Few reasons

- Make sure that you have a valid google maps API key
- In the advanced form of your listing types, make sure you added the proximity field below your location field
- In the 27 > map widget settings make sure you added coordinates and increased radius
- Make sure you selected listing type in the widget options too

If still does not work, can you create a ticket in helpdesk.27collective.net and share login details so we can check

1. In the dashboard menu > settings > email > “A member send you a message”

Does this mean that the member receives an email notification message when someone sends a message as a private message or sends a message with the form on the general profile?

2. The form available on the general profile can send a message by email to the member and in the same time by private message ?

3. is it possible to change the @name mention ?

4. In the buddypress profile page, can we desactivate the activity part ? and customize the profile part ? (like add description, pictures,etc)

5. Users can be author of the blog and publish articles ?

1. I think you’re referring to the buddypress emails. Yes, you can install the plugin (it’s free) and test it
2. No, the form sends an email not a private message
3. Change to what specifically?
4. We don’t add any extra features to Buddypress except styling the default features. You don’t have that amount of control to add other content
5. No, unless you create a listing type for “blogs”

1. Explore page zoom is adjusted automatically based on the location of your listings. If all your listings are in a certain town, it will zoom there. If they are in different parts of let’s say Europe, then the map will zoom out so all are visible
2. The logo of the listing is automatically shown on the map, you can set a default logo for al listings of a certain listing type by going to wp-admin > listing types > edit > to the right side you will see the option for this

Not sure I understand, in the add listing page you’ll need to add the 27 > add listing widget. If you have a single listing type, the listing type selection step is skipped, however if you have multiple they will be shown to the user. Can you explain in more detail what you need to change in this process?

One last question

I plan on creating a mobile app to display listings with search capability for that i need to use WordPress rest API, does your theme and plugins expose a rest API for querying data ?

Note: I already know that Woo Commerce, tags, categories, posts and core WordPress post types has their API endpoints, but i’m asking about listings, listing types, their categories, packages etc…

1. MyListing is not multilingual ready yet.

2. Visual composer is not supported. We use Elementor page builder which is pretty easy to use.

3. Revolution slider is supported. The plugin is also included with the theme.
