HI, i’ve got a problem with the the Visual Composer Plugin. It doesn’t show the blocks in the “Backend Editor” but it shows the code in “Classic Mode”. I can’t really work to create pages etc.
Is it a known problem? Is it possible to solve it? I’ve got the WordPress 4.9.7.

How can I change the reservation and contact forms? When I open them via WP Bakery / Visual Composer I only get a white screen… I specifically would like to change the placeholder which are now in English. I need to translate them in Dutch

If you need to change contact form please use Contact Form 7: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/ instead.
But you can translate theme’s built-in contact form as well as the rest of the theme with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
How do I add a completely custom font? I already added the required files in the theme/fonts folder and added the @font-face CSS code but the font doesn’t show up anywhere. Also I cannot find a simple solution to change normal fonts. Can anybody help me?

For me it is impossible to import the demo data in any way. Not through the WordPress Importer nor the Elixir Options Import option when I use the XML or .txt files. Nothing is added. I keep getting the messeage “Importing Media … failed”. I need the demo data as soon as possible, otherwise I really wish for a refund!

I don’t need to your ‘premium’ theme is 14 months old , even a courtesy update that at least lets people know your on top of security would be appreciated, surely the sales have droppred on theme because of this alone
Every theme gets security check before approval by ThemeForest. Themes aren’t that complicated and can be easily checked by reviewer’s software.
We didn’t get any messages regarding security issues from the customers. If you’ll find one please contact us and we will be happy to help.

OK, I have fixed this by changing at inc/mail.php line 22
from: $mail_success = wp_mail($mailTo, utf8_decode($subject), utf8_decode($body), $headers);
to: $mail_success = wp_mail($mailTo, $subject, $body, $headers);

1. It was made that way on purpose. But if you want to change it please go to style.css and comment lines 517-523. 2. There is no option to put a Copyright Notice in the footer. You can check our demo to be sure. But again if you want to change it please go to theme > footer.php > add some text after ul class=”social”...ul
When you said style.css, do you mean css/elixir.css? If yes, please give me the exact content that has to be commented out as in my case these lines are: }

Please check a different Slider Plugin (ie Slider Revolution) that can provide such functionality.

The Slider Pictures are gone, even they are set right in the Visual composer, The Gallery is a mess and the Google Map is gone.
