Hello, My name is Lynda . We run a registered recruitment company as well as a job portal online. We were having serious issues with our former theme, and decided to transfer to jobify extended.

I had purchased your theme through my former developer, as well as the core bundle add-ons, sMyles Visibility plugin and field editor.

My web designer was swamped and was been unable to get the site up and running in time, I then decided to use another designer.

The new designer is complaining about Ad pop ups and redirects on the theme.

1.Please confirm if theme purchased is the newest version/Original and not a null version.

2. Kindly guide us on how to create new account accessible by us , without disturbing the former designer. What and what do we need, to create our account and continue enjoying updates and support for the period

i was charged $59 on your website astoundify.com for plugin bundle i bought and never used last year. Please how do i get my money back. i dont use your theme or your plugin, i dont want any subscription. I NEED A REFUND I DONT USE THIS PLUGINS BUNDLE. Hi there, I hope you can help. My client has been in touch because the map on the jobs page is no longer working. It loads the correct area for a split second and then the map turns blue. I’m unable to zoom in or out. I have tried disabling all plug-ins but this hasn’t helped. Please could you advise? Thanks, Andrea

The map pointers don’t work anymore. $50 on the garbage. I won`t pay for the support if I couldn`t make it work a single day.

Some plugins allow you to edit the 404 page so i’d recommend using one of those :)

Hello, You will need to edit PHP code to edit the registration form.

On the account page you can display a shortcode that will display the jobs you have contacted using a plugin such as https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/applications/

Hello, I think I am having a bug in my website. But don’t know why. My support expired already. I would appreciate your help since this is driving me insane for a while. When I hit Get started on the pricing table I am directed to the site where I need to fill in all the job details for the jobpage. Then I click on preview and then on pay for listing. when I hit the last button PAY FOR LISTING something strange is happening. I get the following message from the paypal site: Your purchase couldn’t be completed There’s a problem with the merchant’s PayPal account. Please try again later. But I talked already to the support of paypal and there is everything working fine. So I went back on my site. When I am going through the same process via the woocommerce shop site on my site (shop>add to card>go to cart>checkout) Paypal suddenly is working fine and doesn’t show me the message. So I assume something is wrong with the links that are provided by your widgets. Could you please help me out on that without making me buy a new support ticket?! Maybe you can provide me with an email where I can send you my login details and could take a look for yourself? THANK YOU!

Your support ticket system doesnt work. I’ve filled out a ticket twice and both times after submitting it says “error retrieving ticket”

On job posting, for some reason it shows the logo of the company four times consecutively. It looks to be a glitch in the system. How do I fix this?

When i try to login to support with envato login it gives me “Confirm your email After you created your account we sent you a confirmation email. You need to check that out before you can sign in.
