Hi There,
We are finding issues with your theme. We have added five names/pictures to the Service Boxes Selection and can not get anymore then 3 of them to display. This feature will not scroll or allow for the other 2 pictures we have added. We need a quick fix on this please.
Also, is there any possible way to make the navigation bar appears in a solid colour before you start to scroll. We are looking to have it so that Nav bar appears when you first come to the site and this would be on all the pages.
Thanks your assistance with this would be great and quickly is important to us.

Hi By default it shows variant of 3 and 4 images. You need to select from that. BTW it can be customized if you require to do so. Can you explain the second point through a screenshot as header 2 already does so in our view. Also share your site link for us to check.
Hello I would like to request a refund on this theme please. It is very limited in its functionality. I cannot do basics like change font types, colours etc. I cannot even add just plain text sections.
I have spent quite a bit of time and I have just accepted that functionality is not up to what it should be.
Could you please advise how I can get a refund.

Hi Well you can change fonts and colors by going to theme settings. Regarding adding basic text sections well there are quite a few sections that you can use to get your desired functionality. We’ve clearly shown everything on our demos that is included in the theme so saying that we didn’t got what we want. You’d have wanted what is shown and it is already there. If you’ve issues in settings things up then let us know and we’ll help you as much as possible.
Excuse me, but I use other themes, and they have a lot more functionality. I cannot change the colours and font where I need to. Your message above is pathetic – I am surprised that you have customers. Can you please get your manager to contact me as I would liek to refund please.
I’d have to say that of all the companies I have dealt with you guys are the worst. I have had issues in the past with other companies and they all bend over backward to help. I can’t believe in this day and age that you sell a product lacking basic functionality and don’t back it up with customer satisfaction.

So kindly stop this intentional effort at maligning the item otherwise we’d be forced to report you. Look we’ve no issue in providing support but if you’ve genuine issues then share your issues and your site link and we’ll work on that for you.
This account was just set up, yes. We have built many sites in our agency. If you’re happy with your product, that’s fine, but the basic functionality (font type etc) I expected simply isn’t there in many of the pages. I guess company policy of reporting people works wonders in getting satisfied customers, rather than refunding and/or offering advice on a better or more suitable option.Ever looked up United Break Guitars? Hi Yes we can help you with image size recommendations. No separate mobile images are not supported but you can customize the theme to your liking if you want.
the mega menu option is not working, i tried following your video tutorial but that is outdated. i’ve already tried the demo install but only the mega menu wasn’t uploaded. please send instructions or i can allow access to update.

Question: How can 2 languages be used for this template?
Three sales yet ten people are raving about it. Nothing to see there. As one of the three purchasers this theme is riddled with bugs and I’m still waiting for support on basic issues.
