Sorry to tell you but Elementor is a nightmare !!! Is comparing with WPBakery is worst! I did it everything and still can’t edit because Elentor is asking to “Learn More!” is worst . I removed from CloudFlare, is PHP7.2 what else? I spend it more than 2 hours …I’m tired with that. If you don’t fix the issue please refund because If I can’t use this theme. regards

Ok I got my respond in the forum so I purchased your theme. But could you help me with the instalation I tried to install it but style.css error. I tried to unzip and only select naturalife.zip. When I installed it the theme was blank. Please could you assist me to install it correctly and have the demo version installed directly.

Hi, I cannot figure out how to upload a logo and make it fit the header. When I upload my logo using multiple different sizes, it just shows the same small size. how can I fix this?

There are many variables that affect the result which cannot be corrected by the theme itself alone. You can follow this set of advice https://gtmetrix.com/wordpress-optimization-guide.html to speed up your website and it will also help to increase your page speed score. But to be honest the page speed is the way too idealistic for modern company websites. Check apple.com with page speed tools for example or other google websites, you’ll see what I mean. I’d not worry about If the website returns an A score from the https://gtmetrix.com/ tests.

Good looking theme with lots to like. On all your demos the sticky header disappears and only reappears if I scroll up a little way (so not really sticky as such). Is this by design? And if so, is there an option to have a traditional sticky header that doesn’t disappear? I checked the online documentation but couldn’t see anything relevant.

I recently purchased this theme and it is telling me I need to upgrade my PHP on my hosting package. This is the error: This theme requires PHP Version 5.6 or higher to run. Please upgrade your PHP version!
Sadly, they want $41 per month to do this. I was unaware of the PHP version required as I do not see that in the info provided when I purchases this product.
So basically I can’t use this theme with my hosting package. Unless you have a way around this? Please advise. Thank you!

As you can see on this page https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ WordPress recommends PHP 7.2. Also, Elementor requires PHP 7.0 https://docs.elementor.com/article/38-requirements
Our theme framework requires only PHP 5.6 which is the version released on 28 August 2014. It is a very old version, so there is no need to mention on the theme dashboard.
We recommend you find a new hosting company which doesn’t try to benefit from just PHP upgrade. They have to provide PHP 7+ as default since previous versions are not safe anymore and not fast as PHP 7+
