I am facing problems to change some color scheme in theme options. Mainly in footer color, I can not change any(background, test, hover etc) color from color schemes. Color scheme is not working properly. Please give me a solution for this problem.

You go to Theme Options > General and add your logo in there. If it does not change, you should edit your page and check to make sure that the Logo option in Page Options is empty. With header layout #3, you need to directly add logo to menu. So if you are using header layout #3, please read our documentation http://docs.theme-sky.com/upstore/#menu.
To change the message on the top header, you go to Theme Options > Header. You find the Header Contact Information option and change its content.

Yes, you can display categories on the shop page. Please check this link http://demo.theme-sky.com/upstore/product-category/accessories-clothing/?columns=3&per_page=9&top_filter=0. This is a category page. So it only displays products of that category.

Updating WooCommerce should not cause this problem. Also, the current theme version is compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce. You should try:
- Updating the theme if you are using an old version, please read our documentation http://docs.theme-sky.com/upstore/#updating-the-theme.
- Deactivating your third party plugins one by one. One of them may cause problem.
- Checking your customization if you have added any custom code.

- You go to Theme Options > Product Details tab. You disable the Product Rating and Product Custom Tab options. You go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General. You uncheck the Enable product reviews option.
- You go to Theme Options > Header tab. You select header layout #2.

1. Because your original images are not the same size image 1, image 2. You should use an image editor (such as photoshop) to resize your images before uploading.
2. There are many things which affect the speed of website https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Optimization. In your case, your site is slow because of images. There are a lot of heavy images on your site. Your site is loading the original images, not thumbnails. You should contact your hosting provider and ask them to check and install PHP GD module for you if it is missing. Then, you use the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to regenerate thumbnails. You should also optimize images before uploading.
