I currently have a revolution slider, post slider, and it only shows the default image on a listing? Can you please answer two questions….1. How do i show all images of a post? 2. How can I also show listing fields in the slider, mainly want to show the sale price on each slide. Thanks

Well it would make it easier as we can see what you are working on and better understand what you are trying to do. Can you clarify what it is you are trying to do? Are you meaning that you want to include the individual listing information into the Revolution Slider slides? If that is what you are meaning then you can setup a template for this however you want it to look, and what you want it to include (ie Price), under Listing Options >> Revolution Slider Shortcode. Then after you do this you will find the Revolution Slider shortcode in each listing under the tab Revolution Slider Shortcode. You then just paste this in your slider (Add Layer >> Text/HTML).
Excellent info….thank you. Right now the post slider I have only displays the first (default) photo. I had to check “featured photo” in revolution slider in order for this to happen. Am wondering how to display ALL photos of the post, if possible? It also displays a blank page for listings without a photo. I do not know how to turn those pages off in the slider. I even selected the listings slider in page options but this does not seem to make any difference. The slider shows all published listings – photo or not. just noticed page option slider is only for that specific page. Still trying to figure out how to display all photos of the post, and not display posts without photos. As far as seeing price and using revolution code in listings options – confusssssinnnggggggg. I made a template, went to a listing post, edited it, copied the code from that listing into a layer on my slider. Great, the info shows up on every slide of every photo with an overlay of info on one card. i was hoping this would show the price of the current auto. Not one card id for every slide. Im starting to see it seems there is no easy way to simply have a slideshow of photos of autos that are uploaded into listings. And there is ZERO about this in your help files….FRUSTRATED., Ive been working for two days to do a slideshow of current listings without having to manually add and delete photos from a slideshow.
It sounds like what your are trying to do is automate the process, and unfortunately there is no way to automate the creation of Revolution Slider slideshows. The shortcode we setup is aide in the process and speed it up a bit, but there is no automated way to do what you are trying to do. The Revolution Slider plugin is a totally separate plugin, and slideshows basically need to be created using their plugin.
Solved….you can have an automated post based slideshow of post type listings. It will show the default photo if you choose source “featured photo”. To avoid a blank slide of a listing without a photo, you will need to set it to draft until you add a photo then publish.

Dear Themesuite-Support, I really like your Automotive Theme and I renewed the support once, but now it is ceased. Maybe you know a hint for me – I would like to always show the header as small as when it is scrolling.
Thank you for the kind words. If you want it to just display how it is right now and be stuck you can set this under Theme Options >> Header Settings >> Header Resize. But if you mean you want it to show the scrolled reduced-size view all the time (even when you are not scrolled) then this would require some customization.

Is there the ability and/or documentation available on how to control what is being exported with the automatic_exporter add-on as well how to control what deliminator is used for multioptions
The Automatic Exporter will export all of your listings as well as the values associated with them. What are you wanting to remove from the exports? Currently changing the format and delimiter would require customizing the file wp-content/plugins/auto_export/class.exporter.php.
We will add an option in the next update to control the delimiter for the exports, this is a good suggestion. We do have this for imports already, but we will also add this to the export options.
I did see the options for the Auto Import. The issue I am having is not what is being exported by running into the requirements of each service I am exporting to. Example is Kijiji requires the images be separated by a | and AutoTrader uses ;. Right now I am using bash scripts to prepare the file(s) for various service(s)

Would it be possible for you to include the plugin versions in the changelog, for rev slider and wp bakery? I manage a lot of sites and having this in there would save me a lot of time.
Sure, we will start adding the version numbers of VC and revslider to the changelog anytime we update them. Typically the latest versions are always included anytime we update (we check to see if they are updated anytime we update our own theme or Automotive Listing plugin). Thanks for the suggestion

Yes, you should be able to translate this using Poedit in the plugin translation file at wp-content/plugins/automotive/languages/. You can read more about how to do this here: Translating the Theme and Plugin with Poedit

Had a question, when I import my vehicles from excel and I go to the search in only displays one year out of probably a range of 20 years. I purged the cache, what else could be causing this?
Likely the CSV is not properly separated with commas or something, if you want to open a Support Ticket including your CSV file we will run some tests on it and see what is wrong with it

I get this message after i try update the Automotive Listings plugin: (An error occurred while updating Automotive Listings: Unable to locate WordPress plugin directory.)
Also after wordpress was updated I got this message File Permission Issues We were unable to modify required files. Please ensure that /wp-content/uploads/ has the proper read-write permissions, or modify your wp-config.php file to contain your FTP login credentials as outlined here..
Although I checked the file permission and they were already set to read-write permissions.

I’m so sorry, but the problem wasn’t fixed as I thought, could you please help? I can’t upload pics when I’m trying to add a new listing, it says (Unable to create directory uploads/2018/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?) even I set the permission to 777
This is more then likely some sort of issue on your server or web hosting, but if you want to open up a support ticket at https://support.themesuite.com with temporary website FTP and WordPress admin login details we will have a look at it for you
How do you integrate frazer into the theme?

I would like to override the layout / functionality to the listings page(s) – is there a hook I can use or method short of modifying core file(s)?
I do have the theme setup as a child theme already.
Update: I just discovered that if I copy the auto_templates directory to my child-theme, I can override the file(s).

Loving your theme! Just wanted to ask.. is the woocommerce plugin "only" for shop items? Or, is the price of each vehicle shown.. displayed through woocommerce or a different plugin or is the veh price display native to the theme?I’m asking because, I have a bitcoin plugin that works with woocommerce to show the USD price in USD and bitcoin side by side.. but, the vehicle price would need to be shown through woocommerce and not a different plugin or native to the theme.. Is it possible or does the vehicle price come through woocommerce or is woocommerce only used for “shop items” like accessories and such?

The prices in the inventory and listings are separate from WooCommerce, the Shop items are what is displayed through WooCommerce. You would need to do some customization in order to tie the two together.

Hello, How do i fix this on ‘Search our inventory’ on the home page? ” This form doesn’t have a form action set, please set this to point to your inventory page under Form Action in the shortcode settings. “
You need to edit the page, and then edit the shortcode settings for that element in Visual Composer (hover your mouse over it and click the pencil icon in green box). Then you just set your inventory page in the settings.
Hi , I am trying to add a new value under option but the auto generated slug shows ”n-a” and then when I try to add another new value, it is not added on the option list. I am using Korean language. I think the reason is same slug having “n-a” can not be added on the list. This situation is happening in every categories’ value. I purchased a couple of days ago. So I think this is latest version. How can I solve this? Please Help.

Hi, I just updated the theme to V9 and the plugin “automotive listings” and the flipping box stopped working properly, box flips but nothing on the other side, I disable all plugins except VC and Automotive listings and the problem remained. http://www.autotech-carlisle.co.uk/
I restored a backup of the old site and just updated the “Automotive listings” plugin and it broke again, therefore there appears to be an issue with the plugin, I’m loath to renew my support when the issue is possibly a bug. I’ve updated the theme and all other plugins except “Automotive Listings” and the site is running as it should but clearly I’d like to be able to update to the latest version of the plugin, I hope you can help. You need to fully clear your browsers history and cache, and also flush any caching plugins you may have in WordPress or on your web hosting account. If that does not fix the problem you will need to renew your support and open a support ticket with temporary login details so we can investigate.
Ive done as you suggested, paying $50 to fix a bug seems a bit overboard?
I just searched our support site and cannot find any issues matching yours. If it is a bug none of the other 8,000+ customers using the theme have reported it. That being said, should it turn out to be a problem with our code and we need to issue a bug fix you are welcome to apply to Envato for a refund on the support extension and we will approve it from our end.

Did you mean you want it to change all the prices on the inventory listings accordingly if you switch currencies? I don’t know of any plugins that would do this, however we could probably build something custom for you if you are unable to find anything. Have you considered incorporating something like select2 to allow your select boxes to be searchable / filterable?
