Mailchimp API Key is the last box for me.
I do not have a Google API key box. However, I have a Google API Key and it is set within the Responsive Styled Google Maps (which is updated).
Also, I changed the site’s logo and this change can be viewed from a desktop computer. However, when I test the site on a mobile device, the original kidslife logo appears instead. I am looking in the documentation for assistance with this and how to turn off/remove the popout option (from the left) to change the layout color. Please help with these issues as well. Disregard logo issue. I just fixed that (needed a logo path in the retina logo section).

Why my downloaded header2.php and header3.php are totally different look with your demo content even I already import the demo content through Unyson ? In header2.php there’s no sociable icon and no wocommerce chart icon. In header3.php there’s no search field, login, and woocommerce chart.

It’s still on my laptop, running with XAMPP not in webhosting yet.
The problem is file /wp-content/themes/kidslife/header/header2.php and header3.php is not the correct file I think. you can check your package file that distributed to us. Can you please send me the correct source code for those 2 files please ?
and one more thing. The Instagram icon in footer, doesn’t change its background color while hover. In header1 it works well. Facebook Twitter and Youtube don’t have this problem but ONLY Instagram. Please update it

1. Okay, I’m preparing the video now. Will send to you while it’s ready.
2. It works, now the Instagram icon in footer have a green background while I hover on it. But I think this is a temporary solution. I believe you will make it as permanent solution on next update, right ? Where is the settings for other sociable icon ? Because Facebook, Twitter, Youtube don’t have problem like Instagram. I check the style.css file but nothing found for sociable icon settings in footer section.

As you can see, Header1, Header4, and Header5 have no problem. It looks perfect as your demo content. But Header2 and Header3 totally different.

While updating the page contents we are getting “504 Gateway error”. Please have a look at this screenshot http://prntscr.com/l6lssp. This is in no way related to the theme. So first there are numerous plugins that needs to be updated in your site to latest version. Just update all the plugins and kidslife theme to latest version and then check the issue. If you still have the same issue, please contact the hosting team to resolve it.

Fix – You have activated the “Yoast SEO” which causes the conflicts in our theme. Now we have deactivated that plugin. So don’t activate it again.

Once after the required plugins are activated, navigate to Settings > Permalinks, and select 'Post Name' in 'Common Settings' tab and save it finally.
Is it mandatory to set the Permalink like above ? Can I set Category + Post Name ?

Hi Team, On the left of blog post pictures there are some metadata displayed like author, comment, date etc. As for the author icone, is there any chance to load a picture of the author to be displayed in the round box? Also, what about displaying author name. I would like to display these data in both blog posts and blog main page (where more posts are listed).

Hello, I purchased the kids life theme and I have three questions about things that I see on the demo https://kidslife.dttheme.com/ but haven’t been able to replicate.
1. On the demo I can see there is asearch box on the left of the header with a centered logo. How can I put this search box?
2. On the demo I see that the menu has a different colors on top of each menu item. How can I make this happen?
3. On the demo I see that each one of the four columns/widgets in the footer has an image of a different color on the top.

This template is being a real disaster, If I do not update to the latest version, when writing a new publication, and publish it, the back-end appears in white, erasing all the text.
If I update the template to the latest version, the text is saved, but the sitemap function does not work, because 3 blank lines appear, which is not a valid template for positioning since it breaks the xml schema.
Now I see a new update of the template, I have installed this update and the sitemap still does not work and the blank lines continue to appear in the code pulling the error: error on line 3 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document.
And worst of all: the editor kids life no longer works, and appears “brizzy”, with which I lose all articles already written. WTF ??
You have done this for us to pay for the updates, right ?, because otherwise this is incomprehensible.
Now I have a dissatisfied client, I despair that I can not do my job to my client, and this is not where to get it.
Are you going to give some logical solution to all this ?, I am completely frustrated.

I have version 1.9 of this theme and version 4.9.8 of WP and I have some errors in creating and deleting categories / tags.
When I try to create a category nothing happens, but when I refresh the page the category is created. The same happens to delete, when delete nothing happens and when I refresh the page a message is displayed “Something went wrong”.

My website was working correctly until the day I updated wordpress, update the Kids life template and everything has become unstable:
When I open a web page to modify it, the changes are not saved, and sometimes some of the information is deleted.
In the source coffer you can see two blank spaces before the label <! DOCTYPE html>, this is what causes the sitemap_index.xml to enter an error status.
I have already checked some other client complaining about the error problem in the sitemap. I would ask you to update the subject as soon as possible.
