I purchased this theme a few days ago. I installled it and I do not have all the header options, no footer options and a lot of other things I suppose to have.

Hello, I would like to buy your theme but my client wants at least two languages (french and english) on her shop but I don’t find that option on the details of your theme. I already install an other one for an other client and I have the languages choice, so can you say if your theme offer this option too? Thank you
Its possible to translate to different languages but toggle between two languages at same time option are not available, you may need to use app for sch feature.

Hi, nice design. But is this theme translation ready? Is it possible to make different language versions by choosing country flag for ex?
Even though you can translate this theme to another language, it is not possible to change the language in same-store just by changing flag. shopify is always suited for one store one language by default. you may use some supporting app for this.

You can add gif images as product image but no option to add video as the product image. You may include view within description field.

when I install the theme (according to the documentation) I am giving error “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”. I checked if there was “style.css” and I found it in Home_v1.zip->assets, but it is with the liquid extension “style.css.liquid”. How can I solve this problem?

For anyone reading the comment let me tell you this now. This theme is poorly developed. The control systems are not crystal clear and you will have to send multiple support tickets for basic things. There are tons of other themes in the market which are more professionally developed. We gave up on this theme after a week breaking our heads on simple modifications such as color control. Logo positioning. It looks very pretty in the demo but once you get your hands on it get ready. Personally I would like my money back because even paying extra for the support version they take FOREVER to respond and mind you they only respond once a day….so if they didnt answer your question you have to wait another 24 hours for clarification. Update your theme and organize it. Out of the Sanbox themes are perfect examples of a well composed theme.

I tried creating an account on your support forum last week but have received no login/account confirmation and I am unable to log in.
I have a few mobile view issues.
1.) There are 8 boxes below the slider on the homepage. The text on the 2nd and 4th boxes show up fine but the text on the 5th and 7th boxes do not show up. How do I get it to show up?
2.) The Revolution Slider text is not responsive. It displays very large, positioned to the left and cuts off more than half of the sentence. I need the text to wrap, be centered, and smaller font size. I tried editing the Revolution Slider stylesheet but it didn’t work.
3.) 3 Promo Images: The button on is way too close to the content. Is it possible to add a margin above that? I have tried everything but cannot get it to add a margin. 10px margin on both mobile and desktop would be ideal.

The demo has been changed. The bottom 4 boxes (regarding #1) have been switched and I assume it’s because of this issue.

We noticed some one from your end has been updated font size for gird banner , Slider font block and for other sections too! ask them to change the font as per media screen size instead of making changes in general block of css.
Why did they made changes on slider font? It should should be in the way of supporting with inline style.
All you need to do is just change the text , image in slider, So that it will be responsive and adapt with all screens.
Featured collection: While you assign collection the first product price and its link will be added for rotating image.. so you should add right image based on what ever product appearing on that specific collection as first. Other remaining products from that collection will appear as product grid.
e.g http://prntscr.com/gfb2kd this product price , name, link will appear in rotating banner, you can use relative image for this.

I changed it because the font showed up WAY too small on mobile devices. I could barely read it. I should be ale to add responsive code to the stylesheet and have it work. There is no reason there shouldn’t be a responsive font size for the revolution slider. I know how revolution Slider works, it is VERY responsive when used with WordPress.
Actually while you used with WP, plugin would be installed , and you can control all the settings in backend itself. But its not in that way with shopify.We have changed the custom code.. plz check the slider with desktop , mobile!
