I don’t have a Custom CSS field in General Options, just a JS field. How come? How do I add custom css from the Edge Menu? Also, support site doesn’t even show the Pints&Crafts theme on this page: edge.ticksy.com

You could add custom css in Appearance > Customize > Additional Css from your admin dashboard. When it comes to our support forum, just visit http://edge.ticksy.com again and after clicking on a “Submit a ticket” button, scroll down within list until you see Pints&crafts like here https://www.screencast.com/t/GuOUvtWyQ0VR since themes are not sorted alphabetically.

I have Version 1.1 installed and working, but whenever I try to upgrade to Version 1.3 it fails and causes a Fatal Error https://i.snag.gy/BOlqa3.jpg I have the most recent version of WP updated and no plugin conflicts. Help please?

I want to change the empty cart description to another language, where can I do it?

To translate any label in the theme, you would have to use a 3rd party plugin, such as WPML or Loco Translate or Polylang.
This way, you’d be able to translate string of any kind, including the Widget Area names and titles, as well as WooCommerce labels. These plugins are quite straight-forward and easy to use even for the least experienced users. Have in mind that only WPML is tested with our themes, so others might not work perfectly with every element of the theme, but from the feedback of our users, in most cases, there are no problems.
Additionally, if you want to manually translate some strings and go more into details, you can use some translation software like Poedit.
Note that when translating labels from plugins, you will generate files like domain-RU.mo and domain-RU.po. And you need to rename these to follow this expample: core-plugin-ru_RU.mo and core-plugin-ru_RU.po.

Im a huge fan of your Themes. They Rock!!! I do have a question about your Metro Layout. It seems to look a little funny on smart phones Specifically the Samsung 9+ or 8+. Is there ways to make it look more precentable on a mobile platform? The header is a white background and it doesnt go the full width of the page and some of the text on the 1st panel “the Beer Fans Welcome” is cut off and the Beer bottle goes over top of the View more and blocks some of the content on the first box “beer fans welcome”

We’ve checked ‘Metro Showcase’ demo page and we noticed that some custom CSS was added for that page. When we disabled it in browser inspector, the header and the entire page content look much better on mobile. I downloaded the latest version of theme but the WooCommerce templates are outdated. The current version is 3.6.0 and the theme is on 3.4.0. Can you please supply the updated templates (2) in the theme for re download or supply them separately?

I’ve been having difficulty loading in the demo content. It continuously gets stuck at 80%, having brought in most of the media—but none of the pages/posts/portfolio structure that’s more important. Please advise if there’s another avenue you have to bring demo content in.

Unfortunately Event Calendar is the 3rd party plugin we didn’t test with Pints&Crafts, so we can’t tell you how will it work. The official plugins are the ones bundled inside item package, the ones which are tested before the release, which includes WPBakery and Rev Slider premium assets, as well as integration with others like CF7 and WooCommerce shopping plugin.

How to override “Portfolio Item” post type within child theme? Is it even supported? I have to add a simple button to every portfolio item but I am unable to do so within child them.
Also, is there an option at portfolio items for previous/next button to be based on current item category and not by alphabet?

I’m trying to import the demos, but it gets stuck at 90%. I have been waiting for over 40 minutes and it hasn’t moved. Any suggestions?
The home page opens, but the revolutions slider doesn’t work. This is the message I am getting: Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias Pub-Home not found. Maybe you mean: ‘beer-showcase-1’ or ‘beer-showcase-2’ or ‘beer-showcase-11’ or ‘beer-showcase-21’. When I check the revolution slider I see that there are some that are created “beer-showcase-1, 2, 11, and 21” but they are empty.. no images or anything. It also says that the plugin needs updates, but it asks me to pay, which I think is a mistake. It also asks me to register the slider, but I do not have a purchase code. Your help is appreciated.
I am sorry to bother one more time. I know that you will not be able to provide support until Monday, but I just wanted to let you know that I found a solution to most of the problems. I was able to first download the content, then the widgets, and then the options and almost everything worked perfectly. The only thing that did not download were the revolutions sliders. I had to manually import them from the template files. However, after I import Pub-Home there are section of the home page that get messed up. The areas involved are: ‘ENJOY UNIQUE AROMAS’, OUR BEER CULTURE, and NEWS & EVENTS. The background for each of these sections disappears almost completely. I can kind of see the background once I scroll down, but that is it. I hope you can answer soon so that I do not fall behind with this project. I have the website locally, so I can’t provide any back end access.Thanks!

1. You don’t need a widget for that, just place a Blog List element from WP Bakery editor on your page and it will list the most recent blog posts.
