This is old version, i latest version, it is different.
My Houzez version is 1.6.3.1 How can I set up :https://monosnap.com/file/Z3vyst0eCB32P7rzf6a9KCTeiST97r I log-in to front-end dashboard and only see “Set as Featured” and “You have used all the “Featured” listings in your package.”.
Upgrade to featured come when payment mode will be Per Listing.
If you will use membership it come Set as Featured but they must be featured listings available in your purchased package. You can see packages in admin under Houzez Packages menu. Also can assign any client manually featured listings by edit client user in admin under Users menu.

We’ve fully integrated Houzez with our MLS provider’s RETS feed and it is a fantastic product. We’re really disappointed to see that FaveThemes hasn’t made good on their promise to fix the lightbox opening the first image (regardless of which image is selected). You claimed you’d have that fixed TWO YEARS AGO on this thread. That’s a serious problem for the end user when we have 30+ images per property. When can we actually expect this to be addressed?

We are not using iHomeFinder. We’re using the standard property type and a fully-featured Houzez integration… It’s a great theme, but very disappointing to see nothing has been done to fix the lightbox issue that was brought to light so long ago.
after 6 month without changes mail template for new user is not working anymore. I tryed on a blank wordpress same issues, i tryed to contact support but i don’t see the reason why i should pay again 50$ for fixing your bugs. Please check and advise!

your theme thousand separator function is not suitable for Indian currency and i see many users asked this question and got no solution. you just guide them to go to that Function (houzez_get_property_price function ) but what to correct there. Even without the comma in thousand separator currency will look fine but as soon as we remove the comma the whole theme crashes and no property page opens properly.

In the Showcase list 80% of the sites is unreachable or non-functional, nobody really uses the integrated registration and interaction system, this is because it is mathematically impossible to use it like that. Hello, the span problem is not related to the theme. Email output are managed by the mail server.
Many spam filters, especially Gmail, treat such emails with suspicion. This is with good reason. Servers can be set up to auto generate and send thousands of spam emails per hour.
The first thing to do is to check WordPress is sending emails at all. Use the Check Email Plugin to check it email is working. If it is then they are going into spam rather than something worse.

I show your theme works with apartments or listings with multiple units under a single listing. Can the following be done:
1. If I create a single listing can I then search that listing based upon the price and beds?
2. Under Apartment for sale section can you add bathrooms as a criteria?
3. Would the Ad Price be used as the minimum price point to show up on the map search or if you left it blank would it show the minimum price point found within the apartment section?
4. Can you connect the custom fields to communicate with the fields within the apartment for sale section?
5. Can you create or change the fields under the apartment for sale section for example (plot, beds, price from, floor, building /Address, Availability, Apartment link) to be the following:
Unit Type (Make Searchable – Flat, Townhome, Loft), Beds(Searchable), Baths (searchable), Price From (Searchable), Square Footage (Searchable), Floor Plan URL (Pop-Up)?
